Horrible management and food that gives you food poisoning. First the inside is not clean. If you go through the drive through I strongly encourage you to dine in and see the grease and grime build up everywhere. Second. The management needs a One Minute Manager book. He was sternly and loudly talking to the three girls in the front reprimanding them for something. I don't know what they did but he went on for two-three minutes. Loud enough I could hear him in the corner. Pointing and telling them they were wrong. It doesn't matter who is right or wrong in the situation. A manager should never reprimand or yell at an employee in front of customers. I feel bad for the workers that are under him. Lastly. Both my partner and I got food poisoning. We couldn't even finish our meals it hit us so fast. The grease was overwhelming. Health department should visit. read more

Breakfast from Hell! When I got inside NO ONE was wearing masks including the employees. At the self serve coffee counter, I tripped on the cheap bunched up runner on the floor and almost went down but caught myself painfully with my free hand and sprained my wrist. The busser had witnessed the accident and straightened the rug. He was the only person who talked to me when it happened. At the time, I told the Mgr. about it but she only said they were busy and would check the security camera and call me, after I insisted she take my number. My hand and arm hurt all the way to my shoulder for days afterward, along with painful food poisoning when I got home. They haven't called and I will never go back. I have the option now of filing a civil suit for damages. read more

I love their garden burger, tastes like a real Charbroiled burger and the rest of the family who isn't vegetarian can get options they love. My two favorite plates are the breakfast burrito with: eggs, hash browns, cheese and refried beans (and it comes with their own red salsa which is so delicious). This is the second time I've gotten a bacon burrito here. The first time I got a burrito it was decent, but there is virtually no bacon. I went to Siggy's for the first time recently. My wife and I went there for lunch as we had heard through the grapevine that Siggy's was a good American style restaurant. I placed my order through Door Dash. I ordered the Chorizo and Eggs breakfast. It says it comes with 2 eggs, hash browns and tortilla. As you go through the process it requires you to select how you want your eggs and type of toast. Again, these selections are required. I did not receive the tortilla so I called the restaurant. I explained the situation to the girl who answered the phone and she says you don't get toast and tortilla. I hung up, went back onto the app and sure enough, no where does it say "or". So I called back and asked to speak to the manager. He said the same as the girl who answered when I called the first time. They were both very nice, but unhelpful. He stated they don't control Door Dash. I have been going to this Siggy's since 2002 and I can say I have never received poor service... until today. I will not be returning. read more

I usually check out Yelp reviews before I head to a new place to eat. But this time, I looked on Google and went with their reviews of Siggy's. Everyone seemed to really love it here so we went for dinner one night. I ordered the BLT with onion rings, my husband ordered a cheeseburger, my daughters ordered a bean and cheese burrito and a grilled cheese kid's meal. First of all, I couldn't believe what an extensive menu they had!! There is so much to choose from. The BLT was really good. I like my bacon extra crispy and they delivered on that. I had no complaints about my sandwich. The onion rings were...meh, at best. They were edible enough for me to eat several but my husband didn't like them at all. He said his burger was really good. My daughter's bean and cheese burrito was absolutely tasteless. The tortilla was hot but the beans were not and the shredded cheese was still shredded cheese inside. We asked them to heat it up so they put it back on the grill. When she got the burrito back, there was soo much melted cheese inside that it was oozing orange grease from the tortilla! She couldn't even eat it. It was fine to try once but it didn't give us anything to sing about so we won't be back. However, I must say that the staff was very nice and helpful! read more

Food is decent. Customer service is pretty bad. We order 2 zucchini orders and we thought they gave us both but when we arrived home we only got 1. The place was slow, so they weren't busy and they were decently staffed. However, they missed putting an order in our bag and we tried calling to see if we could fix the mistake and they do NOT answer their phones. We were pretty reasonable and agreed that it was theirs and our fault for not double checking the bag before leaving, but the fact that they can't answer their phones after trying for 30 minutes straight is absurd. read more

This place was one of the suckiest places that ever did suck! Looked good from the outside and looked good from the inside....WARNING....LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING...(Make mental note to self about prospective mates!!!) We should have known there was going to be a problem when the Dad and I ordered the Reuban Sandwich and the girl at the counter told us quite defiantly that you don't put Russian or Thousand Island Dressing on a Reuban....should have walked right there. But being the gluttons for punishment we are...we ordered Mom a Pastrami Sandwich and two small drinks and paid the $27 for the food then sought out a table that wasn't covered in somebody else's leftover plates and food wrappers or that didn't have somebody's moronic twit of a kid screaming at the top of their lungs about the fact the mommy wasn't sitting next to them! This is where it get worse...the food is unceramoniously tossed on our table with no silverware and 2 one ounce portions of Thousand Island Dressing (which we were charged a dollar for and were still not on the sandwiches). The food is hot and looks right...that is until we bite into it!!!! The Corned Beef wasn't cut right and was the toughest, fattest Corned Beef I've ever had (I had a 400 lb Aunt Shirley that was leaner than this Corned Beef!!!!). Mom's Pastrami Sandwich, while loaded with Pastrami, was terrible and dry! I have never seen Sandwich Meat so abused!!! It was pathetic! Our household is a fan of Siggy's. We tend to eat out a lot because we both work. Almost anytime I don't wanna cook, we go to Siggy's. You can bet on almost any of their fried foods. I haven't tried it all, but I can vouch for chicken strips (hot and crispy, oil will burn through the styrofoam), onion rings (huge!), french fries (also huge!), shrimp (better than Long John Silvers fo sho). How can you go wrong with fried foods? My husband always gets the pastrami, which is huge with a lot of pastrami, but seems on the dry side to me. I usually get the Lite N Healthy Chicken Sandwich...you know to counter the fried stuff. I don't know if I'd recommend it, the chicken is hit or miss sometimes dry, sometimes good, but I really like alfalfa sprouts on my sandwiches and a wheat bun. It's kind of nostalgic for me because my dad (in trying to keep me healthy) used to always make me chicken sandwiches on wheat bread w/alfalfa sprouts. So this dish is my personal fave. Their portions are big, but so are their prices. I wouldn't say it's worth it, but actions speak louder than words and we seem to go often. I give 4 stars for their fried menu. Yum yum. read more

Honestly, the food is just south of ok. The positive is that there is so much to choose from and so many different cultures represented in one place but one of the negatives is that there is so much to choose from and too many cultures represented in one place!! You know the saying about being a jack of all trades but master of none....well they have diversified entirely too much so nothing is really great except maybe the burger. We go there if we want a basic breakfast or burger but no more for the gyro (fake pre made meat) or Mexican. Ya I know ...why did we order that in the first place but we are nothing short of adventurous and giving it a try!! I don't know what it is, but everyone in here seems unhappy. Been here twice, and both times the place had a really dead vibe. There were plenty of customers, but absolutely no smiles. I would relate it to a 5am Denny's feel, only at 6pm... I'm weirded out to say the least. The food quality is average, or slightly below. A positive is that they do have plenty of different options to choose from - ranging from breakfast to dinner type meals. I have tried their fried chicken, nuggets, country fried steak, and french fries, all of which were just okay. Also, I am pretty sure they get their nuggets from costco (the dinosaur shaped ones) and just fry them up and serve. I actually like costco nuggets when I'm at home, but not up-charged 500% at a restaurant. I probably will have to come back again (family likes it), but would not recommend it. I like Siggy's. Yes, it's a diner really and you have to stand at a counter to place your order, but the portions are huge and the food, depending on what you order, ranges from good to excellent. I am especially fond of the plain quesadilla, the taco salad, and the ginormous pastrami sandwich. Siggys is our favorite spot to stop for lunch before going wine tasting. This is your typical coffee shop setup, yet I like the fact that you order at the counter to avoid having to pay a tip. The menu was pretty extensive, but since other Yelpers mentioned the breakfast burrito and omelets, I'd had to go there. I debated between the sausage, bacon & ham burrito or chorizo. Once I asked which one was bigger, the 3 meat was the winner. It was a solid burrito, nothing fancy, but with all 3 meats plus egg, potato and cheese...I like. The house salsa was alright, but I smothers everything with hot sauce anyways, so it's all good. My wife got the polish sausage sandwich which looked nice (but who cares about looks anyways), but was average size. Good thing she doesn't each much, because if I ordered that I might be pissed. I can see why this is a local favorite. The portions are pretty good size and the prices are reasonable. It probably murders the nearby Denny's and IHOP. read more
