The cut turned out pretty good, but the 4 stars comes from the stylist having multiple clients at once, with an assistant doing the finishing touches/styling. She didn't copy the highlight placement beyond the front piece which I already had. How these haircuts even look similar to her is beyond me- I wanted those bangs and I got late 90s wisps. I asked for a gentle taper to the back but got a straight cut that looks more damaged than before. After 4 hours in the chair I wasn't about to waste anymore time asking for something she clearly couldn't deliver.
