I grew up in Milwaukee, so trust me when I know a good German place when i see one. And i see one here! I wanted to try something unique from the menu so I went with the grilled swordfish. The citrusy glaze was perfectly balanced by the kinda dense fish and the rice pilaf added a great base to the dish. Honestly, the glaze stole the show. We had to get the streudel after seeing the hype and YES it is that good! The berry compote on top was tangy and the apples went super well with yhe flaky pastry. There are raisins in the filling but I forgot they were even there, you dont taste them (if youre worried). They add a nice tart bite. Get the ice cream add-on, it rounds the whole thing out so well, the whipped cream it comes with just doesnt do it justice. The kaffee was SUPER boozy for me but my partner absolutely loved it. Great experience, but we definitely have to save up before coming back. The pizzas look good and I hear they have good brunch.

Easily the best veggie pizza I have ever had. My husband tried the German special of the night and absolutely loved it (I won't try to spell the name because I'll completely slaughter it, but it was incredible!). ‍ The Service: It was our first time here, and our waitress, Moni, made it unforgettable. She was vibrant, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about welcoming first-timers. Pro-Tip on Timing: We arrived around 5:00 PM, which was perfect. Seating in the lower restaurant is limited, and by the time we left, there was a long line out the door waiting to get in. Get here early! We left completely full and excited to return. We will definitely be back!

Luck Thai - I don't know what this was but it kicked up the spiciness in my dish by a good 3 notches!

I've been to Luck Thai in Clearfield several times now. The customer service is just as outstanding…read moreas the food! Every time I've left this restaurant, I'm even more impressed. I've tried their Pork and Shrimp Egg Roll appetizer, Smoothies with boba, and both their Cashew Nut Stir-Fry along with their Black Pepper Stir-Fry. Their entrees come with a generous side of sticky/white rice and your choice of protein. I've requested beef both times (it's an additional $3, but well worth it). Portion sizes are more than generous and their beef is cooked to perfection. One of the things that I appreciate the most, is the beef is a generous amount in your entree, decent sized cuts (not full of that visible nasty white lard fat like so many other places), along with they don't cut on the vegetable portion amounts either. Pretty sure even someone with a huge appetite will definitely be left with leftovers. The Smoothies with boba, absolutely blew my mind! Not as expensive as other places and the taste was even better than my local smoothie shop. I had coconut and I'm still salivating over the taste and perfection. Luck Thai offers a variety of flavors, so be sure to ask and they'll find the best option for you if your favorite is not available. The Pork and Shrimp Egg Roll appetizer comes with 4, and all were made to order and cooked (well, once again, perfect)! There did appear to be more pork than shrimp but absolutely no one complained as I only got to try one;+) Store is very clean. Friendly employees. Willing to answer all of your questions if you're like me and want or need a little bit more information on entrees. They've really tried to match my "Thai Spicy" requests in regards to every order. It gets better each and every visit. Highly recommend to any and all Thai Food lovers. This little "hole in the wall" restaurant is nothing short of a hidden gem.

Warm summer day and I was craving a quick bite to eat along with an ice cold smoothie…read more Tried the Fresh Shrimp Rolls appetizer along with the Peach Foaming Ice Yogurt smoothie. The spring rolls were full of abundant shrimp and bean sprouts + spinach/green leaves (which is exactly what I was looking for). They also came with a side of peanut sauce which was equally delicious but not necessary; (because the rolls themselves were that good)! The Peach Smoothie really blew my mind in regards to an abundance of fresh fruit (peaches) and equal amounts of yogurt + ice. It was absolutely amazing and definitely something I would recommend and try again. Very impressed as a first time visitor and definitely will be back again very soon!

You get the crusty bread, a good runny yolk, and the spice from the jalepenos. I wish there was more cilantro and pickled daikon/carrot but overall this was a very solid sandwich. Bonus, the whole place smells like star anise, so comforting! You can add toppings (highly recommend the sriracha for your sando) and theres clean bathrooms, a large parking lot, and free water. Room for a group or just a lunch out by yourself. Service took a minute but they make your stuff to order. I definitely recommend trying out Vietnamese banh mi if you get the chance to stop by.

Her favorite is the #11 Enchilada (she prefers them because of the shredded chicken and "soft on her teeth" aspect). I personally ordered one of their Taco Salads (Asada, because I love steak)! It was absolutely delicious and loaded in ingredients. We also ordered a side of their medium size French fries and they were cooked exceptionally well and came with plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise (just in case you might want to make "fry sauce"; the Utah favorite out of them). I had kindly suggested to make the birthday meal "extra special", and the employees went above and beyond to do just that! Got a few tasty unexpected treats along with the sweetest note that can still bring tears to her eyes! The attention to detail, friendly and accommodating employees, along with the freshness of food and good portion sizes is the reason why this place deserves over a 10+ rating! Thank you ALL so very much. And if you're on the fence about this place, I highly recommend that you give them a shot!

I…read moredined alone, and there are two-top tables, but I was seated in a separate dining room as the lone diner at a table for six. It was nice to be in that room. There were several other diners but it was peaceful. I ordered panang curry pork. Before it arrived, I was given a side salad that I wasn't expecting, which made for a good start. I asked about their spice levels, which go 1-5. They said if I had had Thai hot things, 5 would be fine. And it was just fine! Great flavor, good rice and a portion that you could share. I got some massaman curry chicken to take for the folks back home, at a medium spice. This is a family favorite and this was a good rendition. We would opt for a higher spice level next time, that's just how we roll. Service was attentive but not overbearing. My water glass never ran dry :-) A nice setting and we will be back.

99 Thai Fusion is a place that I just want to love, so much so that I've been there twice. Sadly,…read moreit really isn't hitting the authentic Thai mark (especially in regards to spice). First time, I ordered their Ginger Stir-Fry entree with beef. You can choose fried rice for an extra $1 over the steamed Thai Jasmine. So that is what I did. The spice levels go from 1 to 5. I chose 5 and instead of cooking the Stir-Fry in spice, they gave me a small condiment cup with chopped peppers. There was spice in the condiment cup; but definitely not a level 5 and certainly not enough for the whole entree. Very disappointing there. The Stir-Fry itself was completely bland, pretty greasy, and slimy throughout. Definitely too much vegetable oil was used in the cooking process. The beef was quite a bit undercooked (almost raw). Sadly the whole entree itself was a disaster... but, the fried rice definitely (somewhat) made up for it. It had a slight garlic taste to it along with some miniscule egg fragments. Either way, I decided I would give this place another shot on a different day. So for my next visit, I decided to go with their lunch combo/special so I could try out a few other things minus a large bill if it didn't work out. It includes your choice of entree from their lunch combo menu (along with meat preference), plus salad/one egg roll/steamed Thai Jasmine Rice/choice of soup (either hot & sour or coconut). I went with the Black Pepper Garlic Stir-Fry with beef and their coconut soup. Once again, I requested level 5. Instead of the chopped chili's, this time I just received a small condiment cup of chili flakes. The Stir-Fry was completely bland and once again greasy/slimy, and also a very small portion size compared to other Thai restaurants that offer lunch specials. The egg roll came with sweet chili sauce and was pretty good. The rice was okay. The coconut soup is what blew my mind! OMG, what a delicious surprise! UGH, I want it right now just thinking about it. It was by far quite possibly, the best tasting soup that I have ever had. The flavor had a bit of sweetness but not too much. It also contained cabbage and tiny chopped pieces of chicken. The liquid itself was just fine on it's own, and TBH I didn't even notice it had other ingredients until I started scooping instead of slurping (lol). Surprisingly the complimentary salad was also a nice surprise. Very basic looking, but it was extremely fresh (definitely had been washed but wasn't drenched or dried up), extremely crisp, and also flavorful with the included Ginger dressing. So as you can see, I'm on the fence about this place. Restaurant was clean and employees were very friendly during both of my visits. Only wish they would actually honor level 5 (Thai Spicy) and maybe cook the beef just a little bit longer and lay off of the cooking oil. But that coconut soup is definetly calling my name for another day.....
