While it didn't take as long as usual during my latest visit, the quality of the wash just wasn't what it used to be. There were streaks on the glass, no interior glass cleaning had been done, and obvious dirt spots were left throughout the interior and all over the exterior. For a nearly $50 car wash. I expect better. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Prestige. They still do the job, but not in a 4- or 5-star capacity. Too bad! I'll have to find a new spot to get the car washed.

Unfortunately, because the Bronco was parked under a shade tree, even more missed details became obvious once I got home -- additional water spotting along the body and door panels, plus bug splatter still left on the windshield. For a $65.28 wash after the added credit card processing fee, I expected a much higher level of attention to detail. What used to feel like a thorough, quality service now felt rushed and careless. Between the higher prices and noticeable drop in quality, this will likely be my last visit, and I can no longer confidently recommend them to friends or colleagues.

Growing up, my Father and Grandfather owned and operated an APCO station in Estherville, Iowa, hence my tendency to review every gas station I come across. Gasoline is a commodity, so things like price, clean restrooms (as applicable), and convenience are my key interests in what is usually an unremarkable customer experience. Hence, a 3 Star "A-OK" rating is the most common. That's what this Pacific Gasoline Station received then and right now. I have filled up several times since the review, and what I wrote remains true today. So yesterday, I'm attending a Genoa Western Heritage Day event, look at my phone, and see that a comment had been added to my review. I've pasted it in below, and I'll have to say that it's rare to be personally attacked that way for a middle-of-the-road "A-OK" review. Looking at similar (and lower) Yelp reviews, it appears that I'm not the only one in this "owner's" crosshairs, who might not take such realistic comments well. Since this is a self-serve station and he/she isn't normally around to police customer experiences, I'll be sending knowing smiles and optimism his/her way every time I fill up. SMH. The guy I spoke with told me they would just take a few days to get in so I can schedule within a few days. I pushed my appt out to 9/19. Which I rearranged my work schedule for. I dropped off the car around 1015 for an 11 appt. I then get a call around 1145ish stating that they don't have the tires and I need to come back and pick up the car because they can't help me but they will be here on Monday 9/21.(100% sure they gave my tires to someone else or never even ordered them to begin with) I let the girl know that I was now in Reno and would be back later to get the car. When I came back to pick up the car the girl just handed me the keys and said yeah, they should be here by Monday. That was it. I stated so are you guys going to call me to schedule or what is the plan here? She said oh yeah someone will call you. Well today is 9/21 and I have heard nothing. No phone call or email. I understand that mistakes can happen but why would you guys not check to make sure you have the tires in stock prior to someone dropping off a car? It's very inconsiderate and unprofessional when people re arrange their work schedule, requesting time off for something like this to happen. Also, the girl I spoke with had her AirPods in the whole time she was talking to me which is very rude. I do not recommend this location.

They don't replace the bad unit or even offer a new one. Too busy talking about the extended warranty "certificate" instead of listening to the customer. Mercedes in Reno said they have installed the safety devices without checking them and the dash light cannot be reset, and by the way the dealer will beat "their best price". Time is money, DiscountTire wasted both. Costco is worth a look.
