The lady who works there has good vibes and really pretty eyes, and--assuming she curates the store--a great eye for style. I'll be in there buying fall boots tomorrow, both practical and for walking from the car to the club. As a bit of a fashionista who works in retail clothing I'm pretty much ready to update my wardrobe entirely from this store. They don't have many basics, but for eye-catching pieces it's a hot little spot. The prices are super reasonable too. I'd pay more for these unique and cute styles, but I'm happy to get them for less than I'd assume. I'll definitely be recommending this store to my friends who like to rock stand-out style.

I also love that she thinks outside the box when it comes to promoting her business ....I've attended several paint nights right in the boutique...where friends can meet up to paint, but also enjoy a shopping discount, too!!! It's a great place to do a paint night because it's so close to all the fun restaurants and bars on Hertel--great for dinner or drinks before or after! And they just recently started offering personal in-home shopping parties where you can bring the boutique to YOU for an in-home party complete with hostess credits! Looovveeee this idea!!!! So fun for a PJ party with your friends, or even a birthday party for those who don't want to fight the crowds! Christmas is coming....definitely stop in to see what they have and chat Sarah up!

I always leave with positive vibes and amazing gear! Its a secret gem during these times :) Because I did not expect to purchase winter gear on site that would be impossible to pack and travel with back home, the cashier offered to ship to my home in NYC, and I received everything swiftly, and packed amazingly! They really went above and beyond to the very end!!! :) Thank you Cecily for all your help, suggestions and attention! AND JUST WHEN I THOUGHT IT COULDN'T GET ANY BETTER.... IT DID!!! I returned the next day with a friend to exchange a shell I grabbed for them last minute for them to take to Niagara falls that ended up being too big before we went. Luckily, I called in advance to see if they could hold the right size- and Cecily again was non-pulsed and saved the day! She was not there later that afternoon, but a gentleman named Kylie was there and of course it all worked out. Well, he was great as well and my male friend ended up buying loads of gear as well in store and is very happy with every purchase. Yes, we were a bit needy, and all over the place by taking our time being picky and then needing to rush out to meet our ride, but the customer service here handled it with grace, understanding and professional hospitality. More so in the age of Corona. Well today was a very pleasant experience at the Eastern Hills Mall. I started by taking my unneeded electronics there at 11 AM. This mall was hosting the free electronics waste recycling drop off event in their parking lot. It was so well organized. A company by the name of sunnking was there to take old electronics off your hands. A great service to the community. After that event, I browsed through the Raymour and Flanigan furniture store. This is where the old AM&As, and BonTon used to be, if you recall. Buffalo old timers like me will remember! Then I walked past the Duff's chicken wing restaurant ( yum yum) to browse and check out some very exciting new businesses at the end of the mall where the old Sears used to be. The BFLO store, the Home Today store, the BFLO Events Center (not open yet), and the Chrusicki Bakery /Pierogi store are just refreshing and exciting additions to the Eastern Hills Mall. I think this mall really has potential. I hope once the fear of corona has passed, the mall will pick up more business and folks will truly appreciate what it means to shop in person again. It was really nice to be able to walk into a store, browse through merchandise, speak with the salesperson. That's the way humans interact. The social aspect is what made the experience exceptional today at this mall. The only department store left unfortunately is JCPenney. Otherwise there are many interesting stores when would not expect to see in the mall setting. Pet stores, dog training businesses, a realtor office, even a DMV (currently closed due to Covid), Antique collectible stores, a medical fitness center, blood donor organization, to name a few. Came home with a few treats from the Chrusicki Bakery. Due to being in the Orange Zone for COVID, patrons are not allowed to dine at the tables inside the bakery. Decorated so beautifully for the holidays it was so inviting. The entrance with the fireplace and Christmas theme is worth checking out.

We didn't end up getting anything, but mostly due to limited suitcase space and we'd already gotten some other things elsewhere. There wasn't anything I had to have, so we skipped a purchase. It would be easy to find work clothes, or something casual for a day out, if you wanted! Overall: B A decent outlet store - check the far back for deeper clearance discounts.
