If you are a petite person, you know how difficult it can be to find clothes that are both age-appropriate and well-fitting. WHBM has fulfilled this for me. The store has an interesting selection of clothes that is decidedly feminine and adheres to a somewhat limited color palette. Maybe the most interesting thing is how polarizing the clothes were for me--generally I either hated something or really liked it. They definitely utilize vanity sizing, so know the clothes run small and you will probably end up buying smaller sizes than you typically do. The service was very attentive and thorough. The price point of this store is definitely higher than I typically pay, so I was especially glad for the good service. The girl who helped me not only set aside everything I wanted to try on, but picked out some other items based on the styles and sizes I had selected. Sure, probably a technique to sell more, but I liked that personalized touch. She checked in with me periodically while I tried stuff on and brought additional items as needed. I left satisfied with my purchases and fully plan to return to this store. I won't be shopping there frequently, but probably when I need to get more work clothes. Seriously, thank goodness for stores like this. I needed to return a shirt I bought from them online and get a smaller size, and they helped me out right away, and were able to get me the smaller size with no problems! I had great customer service here and will definitely be going back to shop here!! (Also the inside of the store is actually so cute, I love the aesthetic and the vibes in there!!) Even though some things are expensive, the clothing is SUPER worth it, as it's very durable fabric and the sweatpants are honestly the coziest and softest sweatpants I've ever owned! (I had to get a second pair LOL) The dressing rooms are also super aesthetic, so if you ever want to take cute pictures in the clothes, definitely go here!

The staff on the floor are helpful, attentive, and positive, truly building women up, which makes the whole shopping-for-intimate-wear experience so much better than the nightmare than it usually is. The things I love about Aerie: - The quality of their products. I've paid bras that are 3 times the price of what I paid at Aerie that last less than 1/3 of the longevity of my Aerie bras. The fit is so much better than anything I've ever put on, and they are also so much more comfortable. - The price of their products. $25 for bra? Yes please! - The attitude of the staff. This is beyond your average customer service. It never feels like they're only being nice so that I'll spend more money. - The positive notes on the fitting room mirror. This is part of Aerie's culture. Customers can leave each other positive notes. How awesome is that? I hope this brick-and-mortar Aerie stronghold will stay open for a long, long while. PS: Aerie does offer other things besides bra and undies. They carry lounge wear and sleep wear as well, and some of the most comfortable pants and leggings I've ever worn. The store is very "boutique" in style and carries young women's clothing, shoes and accessories. I would say the target age for this store is 18-25, but even someone my age loved their clothing as well (I am 39 for reference). The style is very soft and feminine. Much of the color palettes is currently pastels and soft nudes. There was even a small bridal section. The price point was extremely affordable - and even more so with all of the sales racks; which by the way were extremely neat and organized! Just as much as the full-priced racks! Above all, I found the store extremely aesthetically pleasing. Everything was easy to see and look through and very organized by color and style. FYI, I did not notice any plus sized clothing if this is your size. As I write this, I quickly popped on their website and only noticed 3 plus sized tops on clearance. I am not Plus-sized, but I am curvy, and peaking at the clothing I think there are many items that were better suited for small frames in general. This brings me back to the younger target age range, again. Overall, the clothing is cute and affordable and worth stopping in for you or as a gift for that girly girl in your life.
