They botched a RoamRig installation on my van, leaving it with electrical issues that needed to be fixed. Poor quality work.

You don't have to swing hard to hit a home run. I so love it when a business does everything so well that I'm able to write a glowing 5-star review. I am updating my previous review because Off Road Warehouse management publicly responded here positively. So we gave them another chance. I didn't want any special treatment from this business because of my previous Yelp review. So, I waited awhile, then we went back, picked out items, presented them for payment, showed my Veteran's ID, and this time received their advertised Military / Veterans Discount. The measure of good customer service is rectifying issues to the customers satisfaction. Businesses that develop and maintain a customer service mindset are able to learn from mistakes. Off Road Warehouse management acknowledged and accepted their previous mistake and avoided blaming me the customer. It analyzed honestly and objectively what went wrong. It implemented corrective actions. It actively sought to make and keep me and my family members as customers. Staff answered all our questions and provided adequate and alacritous service Selection was adequate for the type of store it is Organized Clean Disabled-friendly Family-friendly No one here offered to commit fraud to reward us, pay us or compensate us for posting 5 star reviews of this business. Blessed are those who provide good customer service. Good customer service, which we got here, is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become customers and then repeat customers. I rate 'em 3 stars. According to Yelp ratings' definitions, that's "Ok". That to me is an acceptable rating of something that does day in and day out what it is there to do. It's NOT a negative review because doing day in and day out what it is there to do is NOT an easy thing to accomplish. I added a fourth review star for their finally complying with their boast of having a Military / Veterans Discount. I added the fifth review star because their management provided good customer service when they publicly addressed and corrected the previous issue that led to my first not-so-glowing review. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. I'll be back. For my Customer Rule is: Always patronize again a business that has treated you okay AND supports Veterans and Active Duty with a publicly disclosed daily Military and Veterans Discount. P.S. Don't message me because in spite of several complaints to yelp, for years now I am unable to open up any messages in yelp to me :-(

I was dealing…read morewith the stress of filing my first auto claim and stressing from the person who hit my vehicle sending me weird, threatening text messages. Add to that my criminal justice major made me neurotic about driving a damaged car (pre- textual traffic stops, anyone?). I was a bundle of nerves! Fortunately, my insurance claims adjuster steered me to Advanced Body and Frame. I had the choice of going anywhere, but as soon as I talked with the manager, Damien, I was confident and comfortable that my repairs would be managed appropriately. I appreciated that he tried to save me money by ordering a used part, but it arrived damaged and he had to go ahead and get a new rear taillight. All said, I only had to wait a little over a week for the repairs, which only took about 30 minutes once the new part arrived. The chipped paint was touched up to prevent rust and corrosion and looks perfect! I am very appreciative of the expertise and professionalism of Advanced Body and Frame. No one wants to deal with a damaged car and insurance companies, but if you need to, don't hesitate to have this firm handle your repairs.

I seriously regret bringing my car here. I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my vehicle in for minor bear damage at the end of July. Fast-forward to December, and somehow my car now has more issues than when I dropped it off. Every time I went back, something else was still wrong or newly wrong. Emails? Ignored. Repair timelines? A mystery. Apologies? Not a single one. After multiple visits and contradictory explanations, I finally had to involve the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) just to get any movement. Even with that, my car is still not fixed, and I've spent more time dealing with this than the bear spent breaking it in the first place. I'm sharing this so others can avoid the delays, the silence, and the overall headache. Busy shop doesn't always mean good shop...it sometimes it just means everyone else is dealing with the same problems too. (All photos/videos are "completed repairs")

From the moment you walk in, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. You can tell they actually know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Pricing on wheels and tires was very reasonable, and everything was explained clearly--what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what could wait. No pressure, no surprises. I think the head suspension tech/owner (Jim) might be the Michael Jordan of tire, wheel, and suspension installation. When I had an issue with something in my suspension, he showed me the part and explained why it needs to be addressed. I know a little bit about cars but Jim would explain an issue in a digestible way that someone with no car knowledge or mechanical aptitude could understand. That's a rare gift in the automotive repair industry. What really stood out to me is they don't move forward with any additional work unless you give the green light. That level of transparency and respect is rare. Also--random but worth mentioning--they have the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in any mechanic or retail shop. That alone says a lot about how they run their business. I'll be honest, I spent a bit more than I expected on both visits--but I left feeling 100% confident my vehicles were safe and the work was done right. That peace of mind is worth it. I trust the guys there, I trust their work, and I'll absolutely keep going back for wheels and tires. Already recommending them to friends and family. 6 out of 5 stars
