Siena is not recommended. We had new wood floors put in by Siena, and the old floors were also refinished. The matching was pretty good when it came to wood character, colors and finish. However the floor levels were not matched! It took two months (and many phone calls) to get anyone to come out and fix a couple of dry spot problems. I got the feeling they hoped I'd forget about it. All in all, there was a carelessness about every part of the work: polyurethane spillage in garage, drips in laundry sink, sticky door knobs, wood glue all over the sidewalk, super damaged baseboard. And if Siena does floor work at your neighbor's house, you can count on your driveway being blocked. Not happy. read more
