After a prompt initial phone call, John M. met me at my building, perfectly prepared to answer all my questions and he'd very obviously paid attention to my specific concerns from when we spoke (about being a messy tear-off in a tight, highly visible lot.) Worth noting, as a single woman business owner - John's candor and professionalism were greatly appreciated. He met / exceeded every promise on price, workmanship and completion date (which was not an easy goal to meet, but he got it done!) The process could not have been easier for me. And despite the fact CAB was by far the most equipped + experienced company I spoke to - they also came in with the lowest price. I recommend CAB Construction to anyone for roofing. Starting with Dan Thelen, he provided all options and cost of product details. There were no surprises. The install crew I understand has been with Total Exteriors from the start. The day of my roof installation Zion and the install crew showed up well before the planned start time and rocked it out. Their attention to detail, teamwork and final cleanup was more than what I expected and exceeded the experience that I had 23 years ago with a previous roofing company. As we were still in winter the start of the project was changed frequently because of weather however the office staff constantly stayed in touch with us.
