So they called and said they could install on March 26th, 2021. March 26th comes and the installers get here, same people who installed my windows and get everything laid out and prepared to install. I then here we can't get it installed as he shows me a picture of the new patio door coming in broken AGAIN. Now you would think they would check the product over before scheduling an appointment to install the product. Apparently not! So NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT PROBABLY ANOTHER 12 F***ING WEEKS for our patio door to HOPEFULLY BE INSTALLED by END OF JUNE 2021, 9 MONTHS AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT, and the project is still not complete. Never getting Window World products again. Only will choose Feldo, Pella or Andersen Windows. This patio door BETTER NOT come in and be broken for a 3rd time... I expect to get my money completely back for this patio door after install for the number of weeks this project has taken! VERY POOR QUALITY/CRAFTSMANSHIP! I called Window World the next morning and within THREE HOURS they had a team out to us, checked it out, and took care of it, no questions asked. And they were more than willing to help us with some screen damages that needed to be repaired. We were very happy with our service all around on sales, price, installation, and the repair. So finally in 2021, we called Window World. Preston came out and was so knowledgeable about all the window options for us. We were replacing five windows with eight new ones due to the old ones being picture windows that didn't open. He listened to our opinions and what we wanted the finished product to look like. It did take about 12 weeks for the windows to come in, but they were very efficient with scheduling once they did. They finished all of those windows in ONE DAY. They had a large crew and just divided and conquered. My reason for taking a star away was just some housekeeping things. We found screws in our driveway and luckily I found them before my husband came home or he would've driven right over them. And just trash throughout the area. We also had to patch just a couple of areas where they expanding foam didn't finish expanding, but that's not their fault. Overall they saved us at least $3-$4,000, so we would absolutely work with them again on future projects.

Guys that came out were very nice but did forget there miter saw had to use mine no big deal. Left a gap inside on part of trim until I said something. Left the screen at warehouse and when I called was told they forgot it. Then they called me and said it has to be put on the frame as the screen is not connected to its frame. Then they would just drop it off and I would have to make sure it fits properly. Would not recommend them to anyone.
