When the rep from Window World arrived for his appointment, he was courteous, professional, and did not do a horse and pony show. He simply got right to the point in explaining what Window World was about, explained the product, explained the warranty, and the installation process along with the financing and price breakdown thoroughly. They offered a superior product for the price and over $7000 less than a comparable company offering the same type of product. We went with the Energy Star Dbl Pane Series 4000 mid grade window. We need 17 windows replaced but budgets being what they are, went with the 6 that needed to be addressed right away which were 4 2nd story windows and 2 living room windows. Once ordered, he stated that it would be 6 to 8 weeks to installation. It ended up only being 5. The installers were fantastic. They took their time and did a fantastic job. The outside molding and siding were done with attention to detail and they even took care of a minor repair on a different window when a problem was discovered. Once everything was cleaned up, they went through care and maintenance and I couldn't tell they were ever there. The difference with drafts upstairs and in the living room were immediately noticeable and the installation is flawless. They look great! I will be contacting them again next year to do 6 more windows and then again to finish off the project.

So finally in 2021, we called Window World. Preston came out and was so knowledgeable about all the window options for us. We were replacing five windows with eight new ones due to the old ones being picture windows that didn't open. He listened to our opinions and what we wanted the finished product to look like. It did take about 12 weeks for the windows to come in, but they were very efficient with scheduling once they did. They finished all of those windows in ONE DAY. They had a large crew and just divided and conquered. My reason for taking a star away was just some housekeeping things. We found screws in our driveway and luckily I found them before my husband came home or he would've driven right over them. And just trash throughout the area. We also had to patch just a couple of areas where they expanding foam didn't finish expanding, but that's not their fault. Overall they saved us at least $3-$4,000, so we would absolutely work with them again on future projects.

Guys that came out were very nice but did forget there miter saw had to use mine no big deal. Left a gap inside on part of trim until I said something. Left the screen at warehouse and when I called was told they forgot it. Then they called me and said it has to be put on the frame as the screen is not connected to its frame. Then they would just drop it off and I would have to make sure it fits properly. Would not recommend them to anyone.
