When it came to do the job, the crew was polite, clean, professional, and timely. I was worried about my three skylights being put in correctly. The crew made sure every one was put in perfectly and even asked me to verify that I liked how they looked. I am so pleased with the work and the kindness that Integrity displayed during the job. We called Integrity for a quote because a neighbor used them a few years ago and really liked their…read morework. When they came here to do our quote, they went up on our roof, did measurements, wrote out the full quote and gave it to us on the spot. This was surprising because we've had 5 or 6 quotes on our roof in the past couple years, and Integrity was the only company that even went on the roof. Also, their quote was much more detailed than the rest. It made us feel like they actually wanted the job. A few days before they started, they dropped off the shingles (they put them all on the house roof & garage roof), and separately dropped off the big dumpster for their trash. The workers were at our house early on the day of the job, I think it was about 7am. This isn't a complaint, it's just a warning to those with young kids or third shifters -- once they're on the roof, it's gonna be LOUD 'til they're done. The workers were quick, efficient and courteous. Around noon a man from Integrity stopped over to see if the crew needed additional supplies from the store, asked us if we had any questions, and brought the crew lunch. He was friendly and helpful to the workers and to us. The full job was done around 4pm including clean up. I only found 4 or 5 nails that they missed -- not too shabby considering the enormous amount of trash a 2 layer tear-off and a new roof creates. A few days after the job was complete, the owner came over to inspect the crew's work, and he asked if we had any questions or issues. We were really impressed by this, because often it's after the workers leave that you realize you had a question or two. It's a little difficult parting with that much money, but it was well worth it. We had one of those houses where the shingles were curling and falling off. When I look at our house these days, I don't have that aching feeling that the next storm may be the start of leaks inside our home. Now we've got one of the snazziest roofs on the block. Pro Woodcare saved our home…read more Due to the COVID pandemic followed by other unforeseen circumstances, the usual exterior care if our nearly 20 yr old log home lapsed. By 2025 it was obvious that just another coat of stain was of no use. The exterior stain needed to be stripped and redone and there were a number of areas which were the most exposed to sun, wind and storms that needed repair or replacement. After investigating several firms specializing in the care we needed, we selected Pro Woodcare of Wisconsin. A senior rep personally inspected the home and explained everything they would do and how the rehabilitation would stabilize and improve the logs. In 20 years stain development can now provide stains that would not just coat the logs but soak into the fibers and release moisture from rain and snow to prevent rot from developing again. Work started in mid-October and with mostly favorable weather finished in mid-November. The crews were specialists in the various jobs and were extremely hard working and efficient. It was sometimes noisy (sound cancelling headphones recommended) and the stain stripping was messy but the crews were very conscientious about cleaning up nightly and protecting windows, doors and landscaping. We had grown accustomed to the hard shell stain that darkened with every new coat and was prone to chipping and peeling. The new finish is stunning. The stripping and sanding brought out the natural grain of the logs and the new stain, now gold rather than brown, gives the logs a soft matte surface that is almost suede-like. With rotted logs replaced and new caulking everywhere we are back to snug and weather tight. We unreservedly recommend Pro Woodcare to anyone with a log home in need of care.

I needed a very small siding repair. I was NOT interested in a two step process with an estimate…read morefrom a salseperson followed by a visit from the actual workers. I made that very clear to the scheduler. The scheduler confirmed that that could be done. I subsequently received an email confirming the appointment. I replied, repeating my insistence that I simply wanted the repair made in a single visit without a separate visit from an estimator. Sure enough, an estimator arrived 20 minutes late without any equipment. He was downright rude when I complained, saying "no one does business that way." I told him that Guardian was put on notice at least twice that I was not interested in a two step process. I would not have bothered taking time off from work had they simply told me they required a two step process. At my request, the manager called me, and I explained the situation. She was pleasant on the phone and said that she would she she could find someone in the organization to address the issue. I forwarded the earlier email for her records. She promptly acknowledged receipt. That was all two weeks ago. I never heard from her again. She did not respond to three follow-up emails of increasing urgency. The repair still have not been made, and I am back to square one. I DID receive a robotext asking me to rate my experience. (eyeroll). Stay away from these people. They are arrogant and beyond worthless unless you have a major project, and even then you have to worry about how they respond to a problem. Dear Guardian: am sorry I am not worth your precious time. It will not happen again.

Have had a LOT of communication with Guardian over the past few years. They did a sealant on our…read moreroof, but due to the age of the roof that plan did not hold up - they did explain to us that we really should have a new roof, which we agreed with and they subsequently gave us a credit off of the original quote. Workers were very diligent and hard-working. The project managers had to deal with extra problems that were uncovered when the old roof was taken off - many layers and uneven spots, for which we did pay extra. Our problem is with the follow up. While our manager/site boss - not exactly sure what his title is -was communicative during the process and did come back to follow up with some debris that was left in the gutter, etc. we told him that our large front bush got damaged. He assured us that they have a company that they work with, and that he would have them get in touch with us. That was three months ago, and I have sent him five texts, none of which were answered. While the roof itself seems fine, the lack of follow-up communication does not bode well for potential future problems.
