This place offered both, along with many selections of different types of flooring. Yes, it is a warehouse inside so some things seemed jumbled around. But, the salesperson (Paul) was extremely helpful in explaining to us some of the options available and differences in product lines. We haven't bought anything yet (and they work on commission) but he seemed happy to just help us out whether we made a purchase or not. Once we know for sure what we want, we likely will be coming back here.

You…read moreinstalled the wrong size window which you refused to fix and did a terrible tile job which you also refused to fix as well as incorrectly installed a kitchen floor. You put a wall in the wrong place even after I told you 3 times it was in the wrong spot and refused to move it unless I paid - which I did. I ask anyone to please message me and I will show you all of the money I pad this unethical contractor plus photos of the work. Even the building inspector told me it looked like I tried to tile myself. He also scrubs his google reviews. He said he would not even discuss fixing anything until I pad in advance for the rest of the work NOT completed which was less than 5% of the total contract value. I was not going to give him any more money until he agreed to fix things he had already done wrong. Its easy for him to state this with no backup and make it sound like he is innocent. What else is he going to say. His work slowed down so much he finally looked at his reviews. He did the same thing to the other reviewer on here who posted in 2021 and he is just now responded at the end of 2024, years later. Stay away, there are plenty of ethical contractors out there. And please message me if you are considering using him.

Another important detail is that I'm pretty handy myself, and most contractors I've dealt with were generally dismissive of women who know a thing or two about home repairs, tools, and the work it entails. Not Devis. He and his partners were great - they listened, considered my input, and I never felt dismissed in any way. The work took a bit longer than expected due to material shortage but the end result was beautiful. I'm absolutely going to use QD for my kitchen renovation soon.
