When I pointed it out, the staff did nothing to try to fix the issue or make it right. Instead, they dismissed my concern and said the sample was done six years ago, as if that somehow explained the mismatch. If the samples are outdated or inaccurate, they should be updated so customers know what to expect. I left with a color I didn't want and felt like my concern wasn't taken seriously. But the salon is incredibly clean, everyone is so kind, and they immediately offer you water, tea, soda, really whatever you need. I called ahead and requested an appointment ahead of time to ensure my nails could be done. Lee Nails #2 is located in a tiny strip center just down the street from Main St. in Royal Oak. Parking is FREE and plentiful. While the color selection is limited I ended up finding the perfect color for my nails. I got a pedicure and dip powder on my nails and I couldn't be more happy. Andy, did my nails and I loveeee them! The technician was extremely professional and very down to earth. Normally, I don't like to talk at a nail salon but seeing as it was by appointment only and I was the only person in the shop at the time I started a conversation that turned out to be great.
