She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

Very average. It's actually pretty remarkable how average this place is. If you tried, you might…read morebe able to create a more average laundromat, but it would be tough. It is reasonably clean - much cleaner than the other Canandaigua/Farmington area laundromats that I have been to, but the others can be pretty gross. Overall I'd say the cleanliness is average. No frills. All machines are coin-op. Prices: $2.75 is the cheapest for a wash cycle in one of the smaller "standard" (average) washing machines. There are only two choices for washing machine sizes. The larger machines are $4.50 for a wash. I never buy soap/dryer sheets at laundromats, but if you're inclined (or forget your own) this place has the exact same machine that every other laundromat in the world has with exact the same offerings for the same prices. Pretty average. Dryers are on the expensive side - 25 cents for 5 minutes, which is the most expensive I've seen. Most places are 6 or 7 minutes per quarter. The dryers themselves are standard. No public restrooms. The door bangs loudly every time someone comes and goes. You might think that's not a big deal, but it gets irritating pretty quick.

He helped me buy a card to use on the machine and showed me how to put my already wet and apparently soap-soaked load in. Then, a few minutes after I had added too much additional soap, i walked outside to make a phone call. Josh noticed the error i had mad and he removed the excess liquid soap using a turkey baster. This corrected the problem and avoided a real mess. The laundromat is bright, clean, modern and obviously well run Talking to Josh, I learned that customers come from all parts of the county. It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. We found it to be clean, bright, and well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need -- tons of washers and dryers in different sizes (washers were about $3.50-$7.50, depending on load size, with cycles that were fast but thorough) wheeled baskets and folding tables, relaxing chairs, an ATM and change machine, a kids' play area, WiFi and coffee! They even had items we'd forgotten, available at reasonable prices (e.g., 10 coated wire hangers for $1). Laundry Day was a genuinely pleasant place to take care of an unpleasant chore.
