She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

It's always relatively clean and even when it's busier I'm still able to get my laundry done without any waiting, but it's usually quiet. There are a few odd tables and chairs throughout the place. It's spacious and there are plenty of washers of varying sizes and prices. Lots of folding tables. Some of the washers have the Payrange app integrated, but most don't, so plan to bring quarters or use their quarter machine. There's an ATM if you need it that gives $10 bills. They just recently got new carts which shows me they're trying to keep things updated.

Today is one of those days that I find myself at a laundromat. I am so grateful that MadeNew Laundry in Henrietta opened up. It's worth the little extra drive coming from Fairport to be in an environment that is truly kept immaculately clean and that I feel safe. On top of that, the machines are state of the art technology for washing without wear and tear on my clothes. They rinse and spin thoroughly and dry without cooking the fabric. I am very pleased by the outcome everything from my delicates to son's work pants. Upon walking in, I was given a friendly greeting by Jason who gave me a quick tour of how to get started with the payment system. You have a choice of purchasing a reloadable Laundry Card using either cash or credit card. Or you can download the Laundry Cat app and use a card or other electronic payment, like Apple Pay, and use the app as a virtual laundry card. I chose the Laundry Cat App. It's pretty nifty as it uses the WiFi to give you a status of the machines you have in use. It's easy to reload your account and it's easy to apply payment to a machine. Loading and starting up the machines was a cinch. Wash time is 30 mins or less. Dry time is 20 mins or less. The dryers are very efficient. All in all, it was an excellent experience for going to the laundromat.

First time at the laundromat recently. Which appear to be working. There's free wifi as well. It's a small space and a bit cramped but still manages to fit in 6 double-load washers ($2.50/load with 2 out of order), 10 regular washers ($1.75/load with 4 out of order), 2 giant washers ($4.50/load) and 18 driers ($0.25/8min with 3 out of order). There was only me and another person at the time so it was ok but if it was a busier time, the small space might be an issue. A few people came in while I was in here but they just put in their laundry and left. There's only one laundry cart so bring a basket or something to help you move your wet clothes to the drier. $0.75 packets of tide, Clorox or bounty are available in a vending machine as well as $1 soda cans and an assortment of $0.75 snacks. There are 2 change machines as well. I used the soda machine and the bounty machine with no problems. I did one load of laundry in a regular washer and there weren't any problems -- 32 min cycle for a warm wash. Another person used one of the double washers and it made a lot of noise and shook quite a bit while washing. The drier I used seemed to work fine. It took 23 min for my load to dry -- at 15 min I took out my shirts and towels that were dry and then let the jeans and dresses that were still damp go for another 8 min on their own. Window says that the laundromat is open daily from 7am to 10pm. I'd go here again. The price isn't bad ($1.75 wash + $0.75 dry = $2.50 total per load) and there are shops in the area to explore in the meantime.

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.
