I have to come back to safety measures. I didn't know if I should be appalled or not, but the fact that not one person in this bar was wearing a mask really disturbed me. Is this a North Dakota thing, just a fluke or do most bars operate like this? Social distancing was neither encouraged nor followed here. As soon as our drinks were finished, we bolted out. The restaurant was busy (which is always a good sign), but we were able to grab seats at the bar while waiting for a table. I love that they text you when your table is ready such a nice touch that lets you relax or even step out if you want. We ordered a bottle of wine and the charcuterie board, which honestly could have been a full meal on its own. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Our bartender Layla was absolutely incredible friendly, attentive, and so fun to chat with. We loved her so much that we decided to stay right at the bar for dinner instead of moving to a table! We shared a pasta dish (I wish I could remember the name because it was amazing) and left with plenty of leftovers. The flavors were rich and comforting, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was warm and lively exactly what you want from a cozy Italian spot. From start to finish, the experience was 10/10. Whether it's for a date night, a family dinner, or just when you're craving authentic Italian comfort food, Ziti's is the place to go.
