I was in Sydney for eight days, and this hole-in-the-wall restaurant may have been my favorite meal of the entire trip. The informal, quick service counter and affordable prices are in stark contrast to the food, which is anything but what you would find at a typical fast-casual restaurant. I had the shawarma and hummus - everything tasted like it had been made from scratch that morning by culinary wizards (which I'm pretty sure is what happens).
