My daughter just entered the Medical Technologies program offered through her high school and that meant having to go to Shuttler's to get customized scrubs and lab coat, plus other items required as part of her curriculum. I was super pleased by the level of service she received there. Everyone was so nice and helpful that they took the stress out of it all. My daughter was gone for a greater part of the summer, so she was not able to get fitted in time to make the first day of school, so we both were a bit on edge and nervous. The folks at Shuttler's had us covered. The staff here are knowledgeable and knew right away what my girl needed for her program. Because her scrubs and lab coat had to be customized with the program logo and her name, she had to come in to be fitted in order to assure the proper sizing. There can't be any returns on custom items. We were literally in-and-out of there within 20 minutes. Because of the short timeline, our order was noted as a rush order and we had my daughter's items within a week of ordering. Once she got in to her program, I ordered her a second pair of scrubs. Those were in to the store in fewer than 10 days and the store called me as soon as they arrived. In both order pick-ups I had to come from work, which used me close to closing time. Tracy offered to stay a little longer to make sure I was able to pick up the items on the same day! One of the other things I experienced is the fact that one of the sales staff was very familiar with the Med Tech program, so she was able to give my daughter confidence that it was a highly regarded program. If missed from previous posts, they informed me they would call back the Monday following my visit (a Saturday). I called them Tuesday without an answer, which is when I called AMEX. The Thursday following, they called and informed me that this personal order paid out of pocket was given to the department. It became a bit of a process between me, them, and the department, but we got it resolved. By the end, they even offered to cancel the whole order, and to just retain the uniforms. I would have taken this offer, but the pants and shirt were tailored for me. I'm a weird build, shorter than most (5'10"), but rather stocky (214 lbs). I couldn't in good conscience stick them with the uniforms...I did take them up on the offer for the belt to be returned, but it was an item they were out of stock of and were ordering- so I expect it will sell. read more

I was fitted by Suzie and ordered my police vest in July of 2021. I haven't heard anything so I first called them at the beginning of November. I was told my vest was ordered and that Safariland is just running behind (during this timeframe my agency hired 3 guys that all got their vests). I'd call every few days and I was told they were trying to reach out to safariland but safariland was terrible with getting back to customers. I took it upon myself to reach out to safariland and was contacted back within 1 day. They said they would contact shuttlers on my behalf to find out where my order was... the safariland rep, which was amazing through the entire experience, said shuttlers would NOT even give her the order number or me so she could not find out where my order was. When I'd call shuttlers they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by calling and wanting to know where my vest was and tried making me feel bad about it, they gave lots of attitude. I asked if they actually ordered my vest in July or if they actually forgot about it until I called them and they assured me that was not the case. I got a phone call from shuttlers on January 14th 2022 (6 months after I placed the order) saying my vest was there. The safariland rep (again who was amazing) ran the serial number so she could find out when they actually ordered it and they did not place the order on my vest until December 6th 2021... so to recap. I ordered it July 2021, called November 1st asking where it was, and it took them until December 6th to place the order. When I went to pick my vest up they were rude to me and wouldn't even make eye contact. Very childish and unprofessional. I have never dealt with a company as shady as this, the amount of lies upon lies was too much. read more

The two ladies that work there couldn't be more rude. They seemed incredibly off-put by having to speak to a customer. I lost count of how many sighs I got when explaining what I needed. When I picked up my order, one of the items was incorrect. The woman I spoke to let out a loud sigh and made clear she didn't approve of my calling attention to the error (the audacity!). Needless to say, they refused to refund it. After asking if they had a particular item I needed, she shrugged and gleefully stated they don't carry it. If you enjoy being treated like garbage then by all means, patronize this business. I'll be going to Atwell's from now on. read more

cons: 1. Scrubs are more expensive than any website 2. Selection/colours suck 3. Custom orders take months to arrive (and no one will call you, it's your job to do so) 4. They make up their own return policies There's no reason to shop here honestly read more

Needed a couple uniform shirts which aren't stocked anywhere. Took 4 weeks but not due to anything Shuttler's could control. They worked with me on a couple of rush patch jobs during the time so I could still patrol. Once the shirts arrived from the manufacturer after being on back-order, the folks at Shuttler's once again stepped up and rushed the patch and embroidery work through. read more
