I called Shutters By R the second I got the keys to my house. Luis answered immediately and we texted after - I told him exactly what I wanted with the windows. When he came by, he did the measurements and advised which windows and doors he couldn't do shutters with. He did blinds with my son's room and even though I'm not a fan of blinds in general, these look very nice! My kitchen windows are a weird shape and they still look like they always had these installed. I have three windows in my garage facing the street had ugly blinds that I put shutters in as a well and just from the outside, I feel these have made such a difference with the aesthetic. Luis kept in touch the whole time and still reached out a few weeks after the installation to make sure everything is okay. Based on the good reviews, I contacted them and the next day Luis came for the measurement. Exactly a week after that my shutter was ready and the installation process took 15 minutes.
