Erasto did an amazing job and gave us just what we wanted. We needed blackout cellular shades installed behind plantation shutters in our bedroom. I didn't think there would be enough room behind the shutters to fit them, but Erasto assured me they would work and he was right. He came by, did the measurements and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. Less than two weeks later, our shades arrived and he installed them and we love them. Great customer service. So friendly. Such a great guy and I would definitely use him for any future projects. read more

I am very satisfied with Erasto's work. I love my shades, and he offered a wide variety of fabric colors and options. The turnaround time was quick (less than a week) since he already had the material. He is a kind, hard working, honest man, and his prices are VERY reasonable. I had gone already to another window treatment place and gotten quotes, and Erasto's prices were almost half the price. I highly recommend him and his work. read more

We used this company a few years ago for shutters & then a year later for blinds. The service was terrific. Ernesto was knowledgeable, personable & provided an excellent product at a reasonable price and in a timely manner on both occasions. We recently used Ernesto again for solar blinds for an odd shaped glass enclosure. He had very good suggestions as to how cover the area with blinds. Ernesto still provides the same terrific service and still provides quality products at a reasonable price! It is clear that he loves what he is doing! More importantly, he is very good at his job! I recommend his company highly & will definitely continue to use his services as needed. read more

I was very tense since one of the window blinds in My Home had broken, and I was desperately looking for someone to fix it. I tried many shops, but everybody was telling just replace the entire unit for thousand dollars or something but at Reseda Shade Day got my call even though the owner was home he quickly told me to come to the shop and as I reached there he was waiting for me. he told me there is no need to replace the unit. He quickly did some fix at the most reasonable price and I was on my way. This is the best example of Customer Service and amazing quality work. Since that first building, he is my go-to guy. 1. answers the phone/responds to email and text. 2. shows up on time and knows exactly what he's doing. 3. gives good advice on materials for specific buildings. 4. has basics in stock, but can order anything. 5. good pricing. 6. quick turnaround. 7. trouble-free installation. read more

Erasto and team are amazing. Just shy of a week from him coming out and measuring / showing us samples to installation. I could not ask for better customer service right now. The cellular blackout shades are a great quality. I've never slept so well in a dark room. All 3 kids slept until after 8am! That's enough for 5 stars. Buy with confidence from this great local company! Great product and great experience. read more

We called Reseda Shade Saturday morning just to get a quote on repairs for some vertical blinds of ours. Erasto came by in a couple of hours to do a temporary fix in about ten minutes for $75. He did let us know that the wear and tear on our blinds might lead to more future issues, and so we decided to purchase and have Reseda Shade install a new set for about $400. Erasto came back on Wednesday and got everything installed in about ten minutes ago. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and had great customer service. If we ever have issues with our blinds, we'll definitely use Reseda Shade again. read more

Great service and people. Erasto the owner was able to send someone the day after I called to have our Roman shades installed. While some companies will try to force you to use their in house curtain/shade making, Reseda Shade was not like that, even though they also offer that service as well. They hung up the shades we got from Select Blinds and were super cool, professional, quick and friendly. Will will definitely hire them again for any future blinds/shades/curtain needs and think you should too! read more

A true craftsman and professional. Erasto and his team helped design our shade system in our new home and I couldn't be happier with the layout. I met with Erasto for an initial consultation and he arrived on time and provided samples for us to sift through. In it was a sample of virtually every type of shade imaginable. He offered his professional opinions with regard to what he thought would be a good fit, given our specific living space, and we loved it. It was a great blend of form and function. He arrived early on the install day and came ready to go. Did the whole house (13 windows) in about an hour. Afterward we spoke at length just as neighbors and he was a very pleasant person to be around, class act all the way. He even went out of his way to help me fix a busted sprinkler head in the front yard. Great professional and a great person. Even he will tell you that he's not the cheapest guy around, but rest assured you most definitely get what you pay for and even at his rates, he's a real bargain. read more
