I was very tense since one of the window blinds in My Home had broken, and I was desperately looking for someone to fix it. We called Reseda Shade Saturday morning just to get a quote on repairs for some vertical blinds of ours. Erasto came by in a couple of hours to do a temporary fix in about ten minutes for $75. He did let us know that the wear and tear on our blinds might lead to more future issues, and so we decided to purchase and have Reseda Shade install a new set for about $400. Erasto came back on Wednesday and got everything installed in about ten minutes ago. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and had great customer service.
