For example: We found out later that we weren't happy with our bathroom shade as it was semi-translucent, and Erasto gladly and without any extra charges swapped it out for one with a blackout liner. Most other people would complain and at least charge for the materials cost. His after service is great, he came by after the job was finished and money was sent to help us with little details, such as how low the shades hung, etc. This was all without complaint or extra charges. Finally, he helped repair the mistakes of others, including our sagging curtains done by someone else. I ordered over 10 shades from Reseda shades. The owner was very friendly and assured me that if there is any problems they will come out for free to adjust it. One of the shades has a bib crease in the middle and he said it will go away in a few days. It never did. I contacted him again and he said he will replace it. What can I say these guys were incredible!! I had a problem with my blinds. The main problem was with the head rail. I called them. They scheduled an initial appointment. He came sharp on time at 8 am. Not a min later not a min sooner. I was really impressed with it. he told me I had to change my head rail. Most guys would try to up sell me to change my blinds which would have costed me more than a 1000$ but not him. He said yea we can do it no problem. I paid him the deposit. Three days later he came home again with all the parts took like 30 mins to swap the head rail and baam!! My blinds are working again. Very very good. They cleaned up after themselves. Upon my friend's recommendation, I gave Reseda Shade Co a try. Ernesto and his team did a fantastic job. My husband and I couldn't decide on a window treatment for our sliding glass door. We have pets so vertical blinds were out (the rattling would drive me crazy), there wasn't enough room for curtains, and shutters were too impractical. I like it bright and don't want the door covered, but my hubby wanted at least an option for privacy. Ernesto to the rescue! He suggested the vertical honeycomb pull shade (so easy and on a track), and it is perfect for our needs. I can open it up all the way for brightness, but we can close them for when we want a bit more privacy. So both of us are happy! I will try and attach pictures to this review. We ended up choosing wooden shutters for the rest of the house (except for vinyl ones in the master bath due to humidity). We also have two "can't reach" windows, so we installed remote-controlled honeycomb shades. The price was great, and Ernesto and his team were on-time and professional and kind. I called to have my window blinds serviced because they were stuck in the "up" position and wouldn't go "down" to block the sun from blasting in my south-facing windows. Mr. Trejo, from Reseda Shade Co., came to my house and solved the problem in one minute flat. The blind was not stuck, I simply wasn't knowledgeable enough to get it to operate since it was pulled up too tightly. He laughed -- a lot. He claimed said that they were manufactured by the same company as Hunter Douglas but under a different brand name and as a result were significantly less expensive.
