The manufacturer recommended Custom Blind & Carpet. When I initially called they said they'd get pricing including a freight fee and let me know. I was mad (at the contractor that screwed me) but didn't really have a choice. Custom Blind & Carpet called me the next day and said they'd spoke with the rep and the rep agreed to drive out the box itself. So no freight fee. I was also in a major time crunch to get this box ASAP as we were installing new closet within 2 weeks. Somehow they were able to get the floors in store literally the next day.
