A week or so later the light is back on. Now they can finally read the code and of course a good chunk of it isn't covered. Mind u I just made my 1st car payment a few days ago. 500 dollar bill!!!!! And I get well these two things are covered and these two aren't. Yea I bet. How convenient. Never tf again.

I bought a used Kia from Jim Shorkey Kia in May 2025. He was so positive it would pass the state inspection that was up in Aug. he threw the first one in for free. So August rolls around and I'm given the run around from the service center so I give up and go to my trusted mechanic who FAILS it. So we take it for a second opinion and that shop FAILS it. Said the frame is so rotted one pothole and the tire rod could snap and he advised us not to drive it in the highway. Jim Shorkey kept our car for longer than we had owned it, then charged us hundreds of dollars for the repair that they should have caught- TWICE. Then to add insult to injury they finally did the inspection and overcharged us for a "much needed" reflector on the bumper that apparently wasn't necessary when they sold us the car with it cracked. I know used cars have issues but this car should have been scrapped for parts. I will never ever buy from Jim Shorkey. EVER. Take your money elsewhere and get everything in writing!!!

My truck needed a new motor, which was covered under my extended warranty. They kept my vehicle for over two months, and when the work was finally completed, I was blindsided with a $2,500 bill. At no point was I informed that I would owe anything beyond my $250 deductible. Instead, they refused to release my truck until the entire amount was paid in full. This kind of poor communication, lack of transparency, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Baierl's practices come across as greedy and dishonest.

I purchased a 2007 Saturn Sky Redline from this dealership back in June of 2022. It was in good…read morecondition, it had only about 41,000 miles on it. Nice car, drove very nice ,had no issues at the time that I bought it. I had it serviced several times since then at Baierl with no large issues again just routine inspection repairs but the last time that I brought it in for inspection on 7/11/25, it needed quite a bit more work done with it. The front end needed an alignment, new brake pads and rotors on the front end a turn signal bulb and rear backup light assembly, also needed two camshaft position sensors replaced which I provided for them and had already diagnosed since I had the FIXD app and code reader. They insisted on doing a diagnoses anyway and then charged me $300.00 for the repair ,an hour and a half labor charge for a repair that should have only taken 30 minutes at the most. I know this because I have done this replacement myself on another Redline that I owned previously. I was also told that they would not charge me for the labor on replacing the back up light and was then charged for that. I spent a total of about$1400 on all the work and then was sent a survey as to my satisfaction with the visit and let them know that I was not happy about the charge for the sensor replacement and wanted an adjustment for that. Was told by the service department that customer service would call me back and I waited 2 weeks for a return call. I finally had to call THEM back to talk to someone about adjusting that charge and was basically told that they would not do that. PERIOD. I AM DONE TAKING MY CAR TO BAIERL, They saw an opportunity to overcharge for a diagnostic that was not needed and did it anyway. I would not recommend taking your car to them for service, they will try to take advantage where they can. If you do watch your bill CAREFULLY!

If you are looking for a new or used car, Baierl Chevrolet is definitely the way to go! I had just…read morepurchased a car, not from them, in August and unfortunately it was crashed and totaled so I was in the market for a new car. All of the staff we worked with was so patient, kind, and understanding, especially the salesman, Bradley! He was very down to earth and overall just very kind. He wasn't looking to push a car down our throats and that be final. He went the extra mile with the car I bought when it came to making sure it was not only up to our standards, but his as well! I would also like to note that Kevin in finance did everything in his power to make sure we were happy with what we were financing, and again, went the extra mile and contacted the previous dealership in regards to our warranty on the car that was totaled. Thank you to everyone at Baierl Chevrolet, especially Brad and Kevin!

It took the original Chevy service team and a call to GM, 8 months and 6 different trips last year to correct the problem. Well, it started to happen again (by the way, it is a problem that other Chevy Impala customers are experiencing on a regular basis. Most of the comments I have seen, say that they just sold the car or paid to have it fixed). The difference between my car and those customers is that my car has a bumper to bumper warranty because of a transmission failure at 34,000 miles that GM handled badly. So, when this happens I have to take the car, leave it, get a loaner and hope that they fix it....Well, it started to happen again and admittedly it is an intermittent problem, but I would think after more than 6 visits, they would know what to do(just sayin'). So, I call to make an appointment, tell them I need a loaner, they ask how many miles on the call - 74,000...answer...we don't give loaners to cars over 35000 miles. I explained that this car has a bumper to bumper until 118,000 miles and that this is a reccuring problem . I explain that I have purchased 6 cars from Baierl..their answer is "We recently have new owners and that is their policy". Really?....So, my prior loyalty means nothing to the new owners, so a pre-existing issue, means nothing. I have advised them through an email, that I thought this was shoddy treatment to old customers....no response. So I say to you....if you are a older customer of Baierl...Be advised that you may not get the treatment you would expect.

Sales manager Zack knew we were coming to see a particular vehicle and had it up front and ready for a test drive. Impressed with their communication skills and readiness. Holt was our salesman who was outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and in my case, very kind and patient! The whole team from Zack to Holt to Chris in finance went above and beyond to find the best options to make it work! Not to mention I have a beautiful bright red 2019 Jeep Compass as my new SUV. I moved up from a sedan! Even though we live across town we will go there for any maintenance and definitely amy new vehicles in the years to come. I would also say they are still a family-owned business which their demeanor and salesmanship show. Willing to spend as much time as you need. They receive our highest recommendation!

1-Star Review - Wright Nissan / Nissan USA…read more I'm writing this to warn others and hold Wright Nissan and Nissan USA accountable for how they've handled my sister-in-law's vehicle issue. She brought her car to Wright Nissan because it was running sluggish. The mechanic there looked at it and told her to "just drive it for a few more weeks." That advice caused more damage -- the radiator fluid leaked into the transmission, completely ruining it. When the car was brought back in, they admitted the radiator had failed -- but then refused to cover the repair under warranty, claiming the problem was with the radiator, not the transmission. That's absurd -- the transmission on a five-year-old vehicle should be covered, and their own bad advice directly caused the failure. After multiple calls, my sister-in-law reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs, hoping they'd do the right thing. Instead, she got a canned response from corporate saying: "I regret to hear that we were unable to give you the outcome you hoped for, however the decision remains the same." Meanwhile, Nissan's public relations team posted a fake-friendly comment asking her to "DM with more details" -- after already reviewing and denying her case. So, they publicly pretend to care, but privately refuse to help. This kind of dishonesty and corporate gaslighting is why people have lost faith in the Nissan brand. Wright Nissan's negligence caused the issue, and Nissan USA refuses to take responsibility. If you value integrity, accountability, or basic customer care -- take your business elsewhere. #Nissan #WrightNissan #ConsumerAlert #LemonLaw #DishonestDealership #DoBetterNissan

The whole staff was great and walked us through everything step by step. I bought a used 2020 vehicle, and not even a month and a half later the battery died. I didn't think to ask or check on it at the time of purchase (turns out it was the original battery), so that was a bit of an unexpected expense and quite frustrating. That may have just been on me, but I figured I'd mention it in case it helps someone else think to ask! The next complaint will be going to the BBB for how they treat their customers. Even threatened us that if we don't return the shitty Hyundai they let us borrow. Trust me, we don't want your junk and I am appalled that a MANAGER spoke to a CUSTOMER in this manner, via text so it's all in writing.
