If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never do business with Baierl again due to their deceptive and unprofessional practices. My truck needed a new motor, which was covered under my extended warranty. They kept my vehicle for over two months, and when the work was finally completed, I was blindsided with a $2,500 bill. At no point was I informed that I would owe anything beyond my $250 deductible. Instead, they refused to release my truck until the entire amount was paid in full. This kind of poor communication, lack of transparency, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Baierl's practices come across as greedy and dishonest. read more

I purchased a 2007 Saturn Sky Redline from this dealership back in June of 2022. It was in good condition, it had only about 41,000 miles on it. Nice car, drove very nice ,had no issues at the time that I bought it. I had it serviced several times since then at Baierl with no large issues again just routine inspection repairs but the last time that I brought it in for inspection on 7/11/25, it needed quite a bit more work done with it. The front end needed an alignment, new brake pads and rotors on the front end a turn signal bulb and rear backup light assembly, also needed two camshaft position sensors replaced which I provided for them and had already diagnosed since I had the FIXD app and code reader. They insisted on doing a diagnoses anyway and then charged me $300.00 for the repair ,an hour and a half labor charge for a repair that should have only taken 30 minutes at the most. I know this because I have done this replacement myself on another Redline that I owned previously. I was also told that they would not charge me for the labor on replacing the back up light and was then charged for that. I spent a total of about$1400 on all the work and then was sent a survey as to my satisfaction with the visit and let them know that I was not happy about the charge for the sensor replacement and wanted an adjustment for that. Was told by the service department that customer service would call me back and I waited 2 weeks for a return call. I finally had to call THEM back to talk to someone about adjusting that charge and was basically told that they would not do that. PERIOD. I AM DONE TAKING MY CAR TO BAIERL, They saw an opportunity to overcharge for a diagnostic that was not needed and did it anyway. I would not recommend taking your car to them for service, they will try to take advantage where they can. If you do watch your bill CAREFULLY! read more

Know your options before you buy from this dealership. We recently purchased a used vehicle from them and chose to finance a portion of it. Without any discussion, they set us up with a bank charging 10.7% interest. After we complained and mentioned leaving, they suddenly "found" a considerably lower rate through a different bank. UPDATE: After the Vehicle Fraud Investigator called them, they finally took the car back and refunded me my money(minus taxes). I lost $1,000 on it I wish they would have also refunded me, but at least it's gone and I can move on. I bought a used car from this dealership on April 10, and on April 13, the muffler fell off. I did buy this car as-is, but the "as-is" car has brand new inspection and emissions stickers on it. I trusted that the car I bought from an established dealership was road worthy, but it clearly was not. I also had a warning come on that said, "transmission not in park", which is another safety issue that should have been caught during the 120 point inspection process that the web site says this car went through. The next day I took the car to my mechanic who said it needed an entire exhaust from the engine back. He also said he couldn't believe someone would pass that car with the exhaust in the shape it was in. There were random welds in some spots where it looked like someone tried to repair something, and it was very shoddy work. He also said he thought the water pump was bad because the coolant level was low but there weren't any leaks. It was at this point I felt I had been taken advantage of, so I asked him if I should consider getting an attorney. My mechanic said, "I'd actually call the state police because they put new inspection and emissions stickers on this car illegally, and it is not road worthy". That same day I took the car back to the dealership and spoke with the GM, Jeff Nock, who did take my car in and told me they would "take care" of my exhaust, and look at the other issues as well. They gave me a loaner, which was nice of them, and they had my car for over two weeks(I had to reach out to them twice for any updates during this time). Jeff was really apologetic and nice, as was his service rep, Paige. Paige was nice throughout the whole process, and is the only positive thing I have to say about this dealership. When I got my car back, I told Jeff I wasn't comfortable with their mechanic service thus far and he said his master mechanic fixed it. He also told me two weeks prior that they use a third party to do all of their exhaust work, so I don't know what to believe. He and I agreed I could take it back to my mechanic to look at the new exhaust to make sure it was properly replaced. When I took it to my mechanic again(which is costing me money each time), he said he was shocked as what he saw. He said they only replaced part of the exhaust, and the rear exhaust was rusted out and would not pass inspection. When I talked to the GM about this exhaust, he told me they didn't replace the rear muffler because the part was on back order, so they couldn't replace it if they wanted to. My mechanic said he could get one in 3 days, so this is not true. What I also noticed is that the car I traded in was on their web site for sale the next day. This car has a check engine light on it, and I told them about it at the time of trade in - code P0420. There is no way they could have fixed whatever needed done to my trade in and had it for sale the next morning. Their web site also said the trade in car went through their 120 point inspection. When I went back there a third time to tell them all of this info above, Jeff was off, so I spoke with Alex Riederer, their used car manager, who was nothing but rude and condescending to me. I simply and politely asked Alex to please reverse the sale and either give me my old car and money back, or give me all my money back. He said he wasn't willing to do that, and all I could do was pick another car off their lot. This was not an option for me, so I left. I called my attorney, filed a claim with the Attorney General, and spoke with the State Police VFI(Vehicle Fraud Investigation) department. I believe this dealership is selling used cars without fully inspecting them properly, making quick, shoddy repairs by a third party, and illegally putting inspection and emissions stickers on their used vehicles. Trusting consumers like me are being taken advantage of, and this is not right. I would have gladly walked away if they did the right thing and gave me my money back to make me whole again, but they did not. Please do not do business with this dealership. They sell cars that are not road worthy, and their mechanics cannot be trusted to properly replace parts or repair cars as they advertise. Paige was the only person who could look me in the eye too, and that tells me a lot now about how they run their operation. If you can't look someone directly in the eyes, that's dishonesty. When I received a call back from kevin, he stated he talked with the technician and he was sure he could get the shade closed but it was going to take some time. They had my truck for 5 days and the shade worked just fine when I took it in there. Kevin advised me on Monday (right around the time they closed) that he would get with the technician and give me a call the next day. When I called on Wednesday and I mentioned that I did not receive the call back he stated "well you wouldn't have resolution at 6pm" When I replied I didn't expect a resolution at 6pm and that he had all day Tuesday to get with the technician and he didn't there was silence on the line. I also mentioned that I had to borrow someone's car for the 5 days he had my truck and that I would have to hope someone would allow me to use their vehicle yet again he mentioned he could get me a loaner. First time this was mentioned! Today (7.31.23) I received a text from Avery stating to look out for an email from GM to complete a customer satisfaction survey. I will ABSOLUTELY be completing this survey. I chose NOT to return to have my vehicle serviced because nothing was completed as promised. Not one thing. After having them try to sneak on a $2,000 warranty without telling me (I then decided to keep it after questioning it, and it was useless), talking politics, employees not wearing masks, charging me $100 for a windshield wiper and light bulb that I didn't want, going round and round with me with not sending my refund check to the right address, making me wait an entire day past my scheduled inspection (leaving me with no car and having to inconvenience others for rides to work, then trying to charge me for a tow I didn't get), trying to charge me for one of my already-paid lifetime oil changes, then the engine developing a new clicking sound after my inspection and oil change, the oil replacement sensor not being reset, 3 of my tires being over-inflated by 8 PSI and the hubs screwed back on so tightly that I needed pliers to remove them, and still owing money on this car because I'm somehow paying a higher APR than I was told I was approved for, I'm so regretful that I ever stepped foot in this place. I'm so tired of this place, that I may start paying for my inspections and oil changes elsewhere, though I already paid for them at Baierl for a lump sum. I was told it's impossible that an oil change could've caused the new engine ticking; BS. A little research shows how many things can be done incorrectly to potentially cause a noise like my car is making after an oil change. They denied it without looking, and I was not going to be charged for them to deny any possibility of them messing up. They could have AT LEAST reset my oil replacement warning. They keep trying to get me to let them replace my tires too. Nope. I'm not a Karen; Bairel employs those. read more

My wife and I where looking for our next lease we stop in this dealership and it was one of the must unpleasant experiences in our life. First a salesman that was adjusting him self with no regards that my wife was present at that point that he put his whole hand inside his pants to adjust him self. That said a lot about being a professional sales man and second he want is to test a suv first impression bad since to the fact that it was only 95 miles on it and with checking engine light on when I ask why I receive an elusive answer and third he give me a ride inside of the parking lot where you have to go trough narrow places not enough to test drive. Dropped Buick off on Friday night for an 8 am Saturday appointment to get oil changed and state inspections done. They had the car all day and only changed the oil. Brian in sales is not meant to deal with the public. He isn't helpful and has a poor attitude. He wouldn't even take pictures on his cell phone ahead of time before the pro pics. Has a fit if you offer near $500 less than price even though the car has body flaws and damage. My car began having electrical issues just weeks after buying it. These people doctor up rust on paint flaws with their wax etc. Later you notice after all that wax is gone. Brian knew that I couldn't easily recieve deliveries at my address on my license, yet without telling me, he had my title sent to the address via UPS without a signature and on a weekday, knowing that I'm gone throughout the weekdays. That title envelope that was tossed onto an open porch without cover to sit for days, wasn't there. Why in the world wouldn't they do like normal businesses and mail IMPORTANT papers via USPS and certified at that. My documents were not delivered in a secured way from the damage of the elements or theft or signature upon receiving. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They get an F as a grade for all car sells. I'm driving a car with problems and not legally because these folks are a joke. I must have waited for hours just to get them to process this car even paying cash for it. Unbelievably bad experience. Bought a few cars here in the past and the process was as good as it could be for a car sale. This time I will say was horrific. I did not buy and will never go back to a GM dealer especially a Baierl dealership. The sales guy was nice and did his job but the undervalued my trade to an Insulting price and the manager Mike told me that 600 off MSRP was better then no discount. Who ever pays MSRP and telling a client that 600 is a better then zero is just rude. He should not be speaking to clients ever. The service techs are great but the ladies in the office for service could be less miserable. Appointment was at 1pm for an oil change, it is now going on 4pm. I bought a 2016 used car here, but most of the time it seemed so shady and they did not disclose some minor things wrong with the car. I have no issues leaving a negative review here. I made an offer on a car.. [ User Merc was 31K. I offered 29 check-in-hand + my car]. They rejected my offer, which is OK, but then they made me call the sales manager [Yes, I had to call him]. I did. He told me off and made fun of me & my offer. He also said his business was one "where he had to make money." Really? Thanks for clearing that up for me. So I took my money and bought the same exact car - (Mercedes Slk 350) -similar miles - for 9k less from Elite motors in Uniontown... and then bought a brand new 2014 Ford from Morrow Ford in Beaver Falls. Thanks for doing me a favor, Baierl! :D I now have 2 nice cars instead of 1 from a jerk! Oh well. For some reason, I feel bad for the salesman. I am sure that he would have eventually have worked something out with me, but he doesn't call the shots apparently. At 32 years old (on Friday - yeah!) I have found myself in the position to purchase my first car from a dealer. You know, as opposed to my mother, uncle, or friend of someone's brother who "knows a guy." The process started at Baierl Chevrolet, where I quickly discovered that YES, I actually LIKED car shopping! Fred (sales) listened to me with a tentative ear and showed me exactly what I was looking for, no more, no less. During my follow-up visit, I met with Kai - who also came across as a kind and compassionate sales person. So...NOTHING bad to say about the sales team at Baierl. I give them five honks out of a possible five. Unfortunately, when I visited the dealership a second time with money in hand to purchase the car, I was told that no "slots" were available for me to purchase. I don't want to turn this review negative; I only say this for those of you car-buying novices out there like me. If you're ready to buy...and you've driven an hour and a half to Wexford in the worst Pittsburgh traffic you've ever seen...make CERTAIN that someone in the finance department is AVAILABLE to actually sell you the car. Granted, I had alerted the sales manager to my arrival and was under the impression that the car was ready to be taken off the lot, but I digress. I'm still sans car, but the good news is - I don't think that car was for me. I'm not THAT into "signs" or whatever, but when I took the car for a 2nd test drive in lieu of purchasing (since no one was available) I did discover a few hitches under the hood that I wasn't willing to deal with. I bought a certified preowned vehicle at classic Chevy in Bellevue and noticed that the roaders seemed like they were starting to warp (this is within the first week of purchase). CPO vehicles can be addressed anywhere in the country and they refused to help me with out paying a lot of money (including to have it looked at).. I went to another Chevy dealer and they took it in no problem and for free... and yes I was right about the roaders... after this experience I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. Worst experience ever. First they put the wrong tires on. Not what we asked for. Also requested to keep the best of the old tires for a spare. Never got it and was charged for the disposal. They also didn't put the housing back on steering wheel saying they couldn't find it. It was sitting on front seat. The steering wheel was put on crooked. When I drove the truck home it was shaking. Another mechanic stated it was a broken tie rod. This should have been detected when the tires were installed. I could have had a serious accident if the wheel fell off because of this. I purchased a SUV from them in 2014 and it needed a new engine. They fixed it after 3 month wait. I bought another car 2018 from them and 1 year later it needs a new engine. I took it in when i first bought it to tell them something was off. when the engine went i went there to see what my options where and they never called me back not once. I went up there again to even ask what was going on with my truck and they promised to help and still no one has called me back or helped. Im a single mom and my job is my car. I have had multiple bad experiences with this dealership. A few years ago I had an issue with my 2008 Chevy 2500hd truck with the automatic transmission making a grinding noise on the 4th to 3rd downshift. My truck had a powertrain warranty at the time. The lady at the service desk told me that I would have to pay $125/hr diagnostic fee out of pocket for a mechanic to drive my truck around to hear the grinding. I asked her to make note that I was at the dealership and had experienced these symptoms and she said she would not. Of course the warranty expired and I had to deal with my failing drivetrain in my truck. Fast forward to three months ago, we purchase a 2014 Express 2500 van from the used car department with a 3 month warranty. The salesman (EH) was helpful at the time to make the sale. In the past three months this van has had NINE! (9) Check Engine Lights, Service Stabilitrak light, and almost left him stranded going to work. It was brought in to get serviced for the CEL and Stabilitrak light. Of course, the Check ENGINE light and the Stabilitrak were NOT included in the warranty. They wanted $600 to resolve the issue and $125 diag fee. The day after receiving the van back, the van started running like garbage, would barely stay running, was smoking out of the exhaust, had a flashing check engine light, and smelled of raw fuel. We took it straight back to the dealership as it was still under warranty. The service department mentioned that the wiring harness pins were corroded (yes corroded, on a 2014 model van) and that they needed to replace pins. The service department replaced pins in the wiring harness and then when they plugged it all back in, it had new issues and new CEL DTC codes it was throwing. They determined that the ECU was faulty and needed replaced. After we picked the van up from the ECU replacement and the service techs "fixing" the wiring harness, the van now is showing a whole new round of check engine lights. Misfires, o2 codes, cat codes, lean codes, etc. Again we take it back to the dealership. Service writer says its probably just an o2 sensor that needs replaced. Get a phone call and we are told that it will be $125 for diag fee and they say it needs a new catalytic converter that costs $2200 for the part and a few hundred dollars more to fix it. Of course the salesman doesn't return calls after the sale, the service department says its not related and just wants a few thousand dollars more and wont work with us. This is a 2014 van and it was purchased at a dealership with a warranty so that we didn't have to go through all this nonsense. I am not even certain after spending $2500 to get this cat replaced on the 2014 van that the problem will be resolved. There is nothing like paying payments on a 3 year old van that needs over $3k of work just to hope that it would pass a state emissions test. THANKS Baierl Chevrolet. Let me start by saying that the people at Baierl are great. Very nice & personable and I really enjoy dealing with them, which makes this review even more upsetting for me I had my car in a couple of weeks ago because it was randomly not starting. I was leaving for vacation, driving to Florida with 2 children, so I stressed the importance of needing my car fixed. I advised I believed I needed a new battery. I was told I did not need a new battery, they had charged my battery completed and I would no longer have this issue, at a cost of around $50. While on vacation, my car did the same thing 3 times- once in rural West Virginia. It was extremely scary. I called the service department and they told me to bring it back in. I dropped my car off first thing Friday morning. By Friday evening I had not heard anything so I called - I was told my car needed a test overnight, and I could get it the next day, and there was no loaners available. I called numerous times on Saturday to no answer. I was stranded at home with my child and no transportation. I was finally able to get a ride up Saturday afternoon only to find out nothing had been done to my car. There was nobody in in the service department- the service department next door at Chevy, and one of the gentlemen in sales (who were all terrific btw and very helpful) were able to find my car, and advised me that nothing had been. They were thankfully able to find me a car to drive in the interim. I did not hear anything from Cadillac service until Tuesday when they advised that I needed a new battery. So not only did I pay to have my battery charged just a couple weeks before, but now I was charged $160 for a new battery. On top of being without my vehicle for 4 1/2 days. I am very not pleased. On top of everything, I had mentioned needing an oil change, and when I picked up my car, it had not been done, so rather than have to wait who knows how long to get it done, I had to go elsewhere to get my oil change. I have been coming to Baierl Cadillac since I bought my first Cadillac, and the people are terrific there, but the service and time for the last 2 visits really disappointed me to the point that I do not know if I will return. read more

Meh. Service has always been just OK. Nothing special, no one is outwardly rude. The salesman who sold me the car was a decent guy, the service department has given me 2 headaches. This last time my car was left unlocked with the key in the ignition after hours and after I picked it up they called to find out where it was. I hate buying a car!! That said I was so happy with the service I received from Baierl and our sales rep Ben Shortslef! We had an idea of the vehicle we wanted. The finance director and Ben worked quickly to get us out of there. I get terribly bored with the entire process and they worked with us. We went back to pick up our new Tahoe, two days later and everything was completed. The Tahoe was completely serviced with oil change and all fluids topped off. The nicest part is Ben took an hour to explain all the technology to me. I have not purchased a new vehicle in 8 years and there is a ton of new technology to learn. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The only thing I did not like was the final paper signing and the sales pitch they give you to purchase the extra warranty service. We were 10 minutes in to it and I figured out what he was doing. This was not Ben or the Finance director but some other final signing. Recently leased a car from Baierl, and have to say that it was my worst dealership experience by far. First of all it took five hours and that was after I had made prior arrangements and appointment, knowing exactly which car I wanted and what I was going to use for a trade in. It probably wouldn't have taken so long if they wouldn't have started of with a disrespectfully low offer for my trade, It essentially nearly ended with the General Manager rudely dismissing us, I could go on, but I don't want to relive the experience. They have worked on this car since being purchased from Shultz ford They sent car to them for the warranty work. I've had problems with the system since car was purchased on 7/31/17. Have had problem with heated seats also. Anyway they charged $220 for abs brake harness and the light still was on after that. Upon several more visits back to them they found was a short in trunk. I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado and when I went to pick it up it was in the detail department, the headliner and rear seat were dirty, the floor kick pads were scuffed, there were scratches on the rear fender, and there was a ding on the passenger door which I did not notice until later, and the floor liners had been dressed with tire dressing which created a dangerous situation for me driving home because my boots were slipping and sliding on the greasy mats. When I pointed these things out to my salesman Bill he called the sales manager Jeff over to look at the issues and Jeff told me that I should not complain because of the good deal I was getting on the truck. Fortunately one of the detailers Flynn Obrien came over and cleaned the headliner and rear seat on his own time which I thought was super nice of him. I buffed the scratch out and scrubbed the floor mats three times myself to get the greasy film off of them. I am also paying a dent removal guy to fix the dent in the door. The following Saturday I took the truck in to have an amp and two speakers installed under the rear seat, after five hours the service manager Bob told me that the mechanic Mark would have to talk to someone at GM on Monday to figure out how to hook the amp up correctly. The service department then gave me a bill for over $200 right there even though the job was not done, which I was not happy about. I took the truck back Monday and three hours later Bob told me that the person from GM told him and the mechanic that my amp was not compatible with my new truck and that I would have to buy a new amp. I went to Best Buy and talked to the manager and he told me what I had already thought, that my amp was compatible with my new truck. I had another mechanic look at the wiring job that the Baierl mechanic Mark had done and he noticed that Mark had not hooked up the remote power wire on the amp. I called Bob and told him and he said to bring the truck back out and they would finish the job. I asked Bob for the name of the person at GM who told him and the mechanic that my amp was not compatible and he said that he was not allowed to tell me, so I asked the mechanic who told him and he said that no one at GM would talk to him about the amp because it was not a factory part. So Bob lied to me and if I would not have had my second mechanic take a look the issue would have never been resolved. Mark hooked up the remote wire and the am works fine. I also ordered the door kick plates that were scuffed from the parts department and Bob said there would be no charge for them, he also mounted and balanced four rims and tires for me for free as a way of making up for the debacle with the amp. Finally I washed my truck yesterday and the Z71 badge on the fender came loose so I called Bob and he said to bring the truck out and they would take care of it, but when the body shop manager BJ looked at it he said that he did not have the badge there and I would have to come back on this coming Monday. I told the office person named Becky that I wanted someone from Baierl to come to my garage and install the new badge but she very rudely told me No twice then BJ walked in and she then said that I would have to talk to BJ about that. She then lied and denied that she told me No twice before BJ walked in which I felt was really unprofessional. I then talked to the general manager Mike Rossi about it and he said that there are two sides to every story and that I was a rotten person and that I was rotten to the core. Lee Baierl read a different survey that I filled out and emailed me. After telling him everything that happened he apologized to me and said he was going to talk to the department managers and see if they wanted me to come back to Baierl Chevrolet. After not hearing back from Lee for nine days I called him and he said him and the managers decided that it was OK for me to come back. Really?? There is no shortage of Arrogance at Baierl Chevrolet! I really enjoyed my car buying process with Mark McLure. I never felt like he was what you would call the stereotypical salesman. I browsed the lot a little bit on my own and told him what I wanted - he ever tried to push anything else on me and focused completely on what I was looking for, unlike other dealers that I met through this process. Anything I asked him about, he got me answers right away and he made sure I was fully informed before making the purchase. He was so personable too! I spoke to him in the morning, most likely his first customer, and when I went to actually purchase the car he remembered things that I had talked to him about and asked me about them (I can barley remember things my friends and family tell me let alone total strangers that I might never see again??). His manager Jeff was so nice to work with too. He was the first one we talked to when we got there to look at cars and came into Mark's office to talk to us a little more towards the end of our visit. Overall I had an awesome experience at Baierl with Mark (and Jeff) and I would recommend any of my friends and family to go there! read more

I have bought two cars from Baierl Chevrolet and will never buy another one ever again. My first experience was good so I returned to buy a used vehicle. In the three months I have had the vehicle back to the service department twice and have paid out $1000 in repairs that should have been repaired prior to purchase. I voiced my recent concern to the service advisor about the cost and the length of time of repair. I told the service advisor to relay my concern up the chain about my unhappiness with the sales department and the cost I was paying out of pocket for repairs. I have not received a phone call from anyone so either the service advisor does not feel customer service is important or the sales department. I reviewed several comments from the admin and if they are striving for service excellence this dealership fell way short. Horrible experience, the car was posted online and told to me that it was a one owner and smoke free car. It was not i even asked if the owner smoked in it and the salesman stated the smell was from him and that he smoked. After 3 hours of sitting in a small office and signing papers they revealed that the car was in fact a 2 owner car. At that point i wouldve drove him in a flinstone car just to get out of that miserable place. I will never go back to Baierl ever again and advise to the public the same thing unless you want to waste your time and be lied to. read more

NO Stars is what they deserve! Back in Oct. 2010 I bought a brand new beautiful Silverado V6. In fact it was a model year 2011. Purchased from the same dealer my family had patronized for decades. Baierl Chevrolet. Now 2017 and at 47,000 miles I need a new transmission. The dealership is wiggling away from liability. So .. What I'd like to ad is that all friends of mine and all of you who have hated me don't patronize Baierl. The transmission shop basically said Chevy has know about the failure rate yet still continues to sell vehicles equipped with them. I don't care if you like me or not, just save yourself a headache and buy your vehicles from another vendor. Baierl SUCKS! Here's an update. I think I'm going through the 12 steps. Denial and so on, moving on to foolish acceptance that $2095. isn't the worst bill for a rebuild with 4 wheel drive. Oh by the way the service manager thought it would be OK to call me up about the yelp review I left. What an Ass. To try to get me to "calm down" and here I thought I was being sort of civil. I actually still foolishly love my truck. I've kept all the service schedules, only had work done at shops, and minus a few tiny dings it still basically in great shape. But come on the issue isn't wether or not the warranty ended. No. It's wether or not 47,143 miles is the new standard for an automatic transmission. Chevy should go through the same review that Volkswagen did for this torque convertor because they KNEW it had problems. NO BS! AND BAEIRL Chevrolet in tern had to know about the issue. They did not say at the time of sale "Buy the way your transmission is unlikely to last more than 49 or 50,000 miles" That was not said at any time and to call me up and say there's no justification for the company to make repairs is BS too! I am posting to convey the terrible customer service and bad sales practices at Baierl. We went to buy a used van from them, they offered their sales price. We agreed on it, I asked if I should put a deposit on it and was told no because the salesman was off the next day and the van still needed cleaned. We contacted the next day to be sure the cleaning was being done so that we could come up to collect the van. The sales manager never returned our call and then(lie #1) the salesman said he put the sold sign on it and would have them cleaning and readying the van. Lie#2 second day we call the salesman to see when we could finalize the sale and he said he wasn't in but assured us the van was being held for us. We arranged to pick up and to find out they had sold it the previous day. He lied directly to my husband knowing it had been sold. We were not difficult customers, we didn't haggle with price, they offered a price, we excepted. We didn't even need to finance. We were paying cash for the vehicle. Ridiculous waste of our time.
