We sat outside in the shade on a warm day with a view of the boats in the Marina. It was a very pleasant spot with good people watching. Just picnic tables to sit on. Our server was quick and efficient. The Lobster Salad Rolls were very tasty and came with very good Fries. We didn't find the lunch inexpensive, but the good food and location made our stop worthwhile.
