This is a nice little Indian fast food restaurant in the town of Hounslow near London. Hounslow offers multiple traditional Indian, South east asian and middle eastern eating joints and this restaurant is one of them. It's easily accessible via Piccadilly line from London.
The menu offers multiple Mumbai street food options like vada-pav, missal-pav, pav-bhaji, sabudana, dhabeli etc. We ordered vada-pav, masala-pav and Indian tea. Vada-pav was flavorful, decent size and spicy as it should be. Masala-pav is their special dish which has a pav drenched with bhaji on top. The bhaji was spicy but hey, Mumbai food is supposed to be spicy, isn't it :-). We liked both of these dishes.
Indian masala tea was really good and refreshing with hint of cardamom, black pepper and ginger in it. The prices are really reasonable with Vada pav just for £1, Masala pav for £4 and 50 pence tea.
There are many other delicacies in their menu which we'll try in our next visit here. Overall we were really happy that we visited this food joint in Hunslow. If you are in the London area and craving for traditional Mumbai food for reasonable price, do plan to visit this place. Surely, you won't be disappointed. read more
