We moved to Lake Elsinore not to long ago and were looking for a place to shred a lot of unwanted documents. When I say a lot, I mean, 185-pounds worth. Jeremy was the person who helped us. Pleasant, helpful and just a darn good dude. What a nice young man. Then his partner Andrew arrived to help. Another pleasant guy. As an aging Senior Citizen, I have collected boxes of documents that needed to be shredded. My Son loaded 8 boxes into his car and we headed to Shred and Go on Jefferson in Temecula. They came to the car and removed the boxes to their shop. I was really worried about security, and their set up completely removed that concern. I sat and watched as all the documents were fed into the shredder. Blaine was the epitome of excellent customer service. Somehow a very precious pocket knife I had received from my daughter had been left in one of the boxes. Their machine rejected it and Blaine brought it too me knowing that it was important. If you need secure, fast shredding, you won't find a better place to patronize. Kudos to the staff and the process. read more

I had so much paper to shred piling up I couldn't stand it anymore. After reading the reviews....I called, asked a couple questions. No appointment needed!!! Upon arriving I went in--a very nice gentleman asked how much shredding I had, then came out to my car loaded it on a cart and took all 80 pounds of it in for me. Quickly weighed it....very reasonable. They shredded it in front of me since I was the only one in there. The gentlemen were very friendly. Love this place and will definitely be back. The pricing for the service was fair and competitive. I received a Certificate of Destruction documenting the quantity of boxes shredded. I visited their location later in the day to see their shredding facility on Jefferson and found it to be every bit as good as other Yelp reviews describe it to be with friendly, helpful staff and a straightforward pricing list based on quantity.
