I have gone to one shredding service that was a bit cheaper, but it's a further drive, so saving five dollars on 5-6 giant bags full of shredding, and paying for gas instead and dealing with the inconvenience, is really not worth it to me. I will continue to go to this business! I was looking for this information in a review, and couldn't find it. So allow me to be specific: I had five or six kitchen sized trash bags full of shredding and it cost me $29. I had a few boxes of personal and client files that I needed to get rid of and found this place not to far away. Called to make sure they were open and they were. Didn't give me a price when I asked and said it was less worth the more you have. They have the normal industrial strength shredding machine that takes paper clips, metal bindings, etc. which makes it convenient not to have to go through all your files to remove them. One guy weighed my boxes and another started shredding another box I brought in. It what is a good feeling to watch all those papers being shredded knowing that you're now going to have more space in your garage and also getting something done that has been on the back of your mind for a while. I stayed and watched to make sure everything got shredded and it's a good thing I did because a few things that I needed to take out happened just fly out of the folders such as my extra key fob for my car and an envelope of credit cards and such. After he was all done the guy tallied up what he thought he would charge me and it came out to about $22 which I thought was a good price because I think I paid more a few months ago in another place in Perris, California. The only thing is I inadvertently left two of the plastic carry cases that I brought my stuff in behind when I left. I realized it as I was driving away but I headed to a nearby supermarket to pick up a few things thinking that I would go back and just retrieve them after my grocery shopping. I went back they said they put it aside not knowing whether I was coming back and that someone was rummaging through all the boxes off to the side of their store and took one of it away. I was able to salvage one of them but still, it was a little disconcerting. That's the reason that I had to ding them one star. Otherwise, it would have been a better experience. I would go back again but I would just make sure not to leave any of my plastic containers. read more

The wrong help makes a good business look bad. I've used this company for years now and the last two times I have been helped by an extremely rude employee. I asked to keep my boxes, he destroyed them by carelessly throwing them on the scale and crushing them. Asked him to please be careful, kept tossing them. Ended up having to piece together boxes that other customers have left so I could bring another load back. Hoped to have a better experience today, no such luck. Same kid. Asked him to please not crush my boxes today because he was rude about it last time. And as he's standing behind the counter, he goes on to tell me how rude I was and that he let his boss know.
