The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. The nurse and aids also talk about your case loudly in the front office. Never heard of HIPAA? He may be fine for regular meds but he won't be able to help you if you have any serious illness.

This office is very busy and sometimes there is definitely a wait but the nurses and Dr Teng does provide excellent service. Their phone line sometimes are busy for half an hour and I can't get through to make an appointment. The office is very clean and Dr Teng is a very nice and patient focused doctor. I have never seen him raise his voice or get upset, super patient in answering all your questions and give you what you need, especially referrals to specialty doctors. My aunt had an eye problem and she got referred to one of the best at USC University medical center. Note this office is currently not accepting new patients as I was trying to refer one of my friends but she was turned down.

She explains everything to make sure you understand it, but she doesn't talk down to you, which a lot of doctors do. She calls you back to follow up. She is detail orientated, smart, and easy to talk to. I have a really high opinion of Nurse Practitioners, they are just like doctors but better because they don't have the ego. They actually take the time to answer all your questions and talk to you until you are satisfied.

She is down to earth and has great bedside manner. She's very professional but definitely makes me feel like she's a real person with a sense of humor. Finding an appointment isn't a problem and her office is clean and organized. They have even gotten rid of all the paperwork and do all their records on a laptop. Very cool. My prescriptions can now be faxed downstairs to the pharmacy at the ground floor through her laptop. If you are in need of a great doctor in Whitter, Dr. Wahbah is the way to go.
