Dr. Kurtz and his team are amazing. If, like me, you are anxious about seeing a Dr., then you…read moreshould come here. There is no judgement, just a team of healthcare professionals wanting to help you get on-track. It is clear that Dr. Kurtz is there to help you and does not dismiss anything you may be concerned about. I highly recommend this office if you are anxious about going back to a primary care physician, especially if you haven't been to one in a few years.

I have gone to Jason Kurtz for many years, until we had to extract our entire family from his…read morepractice. In the very beginning when he first started and was a brand new doctor, he was awesome. Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. Don't say you weren't warned. ....*add the fact that he stands by his uneducated and extremely unprofessional staff, says even more. Do better Dr Kurtz. We ended up going to Dr Annette Bernhut in Orange and she is AWESOME. She cares about you as a person, vs you being the enemy

I had been Dr. Rasha Solomon's patient for years and put up with the nasty temperament with the…read morenurses and front staff because I thought she was a patient Dr. who listened. I hadn't seen her in quite some time and went in to follow up on a diagnosis I had received in the hospital. I wasn't dressed like I normally would be. Had on a sweat suit. Have no idea if that had anything to do with the level of condescension I received. But let me tell you. She smirked and asked me questions as if she were challenging me. I was in so much pain and the way she spoke to me hurt at a level I can't describe. I won't ever set 1 foot in that horrible office. I guess she's made enough money, lost her zeal, whatever the case there is absolutely no excuse. Done. Happy to take my hard earned dollars elsewhere. I found a primary care physician who is much more thorough with a kind demeanor. Someone who takes patient complaints and pain seriously.

First of all, I just have to say that this review is not really about the doctors or the support…read morestaff in the office. I've been going to Dr. Shirley Chung and Dr. Rasha Soliman for years now, and they are absolutely wonderful! I love them as my doctors, and they have always been pretty attentive, listen well, and give me sound advice whenever I have a medical issue. The ladies in the front office as well are very kind, cordial, and friendly. I've only had one issue with one of the receptionists, but once in 8 years is a pretty good track record. Overall, everyone is friendly, and I would definitely recommend these doctors to anyone in the area who's seeking medical care. The ISSUE with this office is that you can barely get a hold of anyone! Don't call this office if you're actually very sick and need to be seen. I have lost track of the many times that I have called this doctor's office and hardly ever get someone on the line. It's like playing Russian Roulette. You don't know what you're going to get! Most of the time, I just get the automated answering service. Nobody hardly ever picks up the phone...even during the "open" hours! And then, they have lunch hours where nobody is available to pick up the phones (fair enough), but even when you call and leave messages, most times nobody even calls you back! I love this doctor's office, but it's just VERY hard to reach someone in order to be seen. I don't know if they need a better answering service, or if the ladies are just swamped in the front office (I doubt it, it's not like this doctor's office is ever crowded when I go), or if they're just not hearing the phones or what. But I almost feel like they need someone who just simply answers phone calls, and that's it. I've even considered looking for another doctor in the area because as a patient I feel like I'm not valued or important when I call a doctor's office and nobody picks up the phone, and even when I leave a message, I hardly ever get a call back (20% of the time I MIGHT get a phone call back). Overall, great office, great doctors, friendly staff, but what good is any of that if you can't even reach someone to make an appointment! :(

I'm 74 years and have changed doctors numerous times because I am not only a holistic health care practitioner myself but also avoid medications unnecessary for me. I agree that in dire situations medications are needed for a temporary fix. Dr. Marisse is the first doctor who I so appreciate and the time spent with me on my first evaluation visit I have never experienced with any doctor. 1 hour wow! She truly is an asset to her professional she truly cares about her patients too, I have found my forever primary care doctor who truly understands what my needs and desires are, she get an A++ in my opinion. Her office staff is also exceptional too! Very professional and helpful! My first appointment they were all so kind and sensitive. Dr. Marisse listened to my ranting patiently, lol. I also joke a lot, and they laugh at my jokes - they are very down to earth, yet educated and professional. They made me feel welcome from the start. Dr. Marisse is very educated. Our first appointment, and she provided me more information than any doctor I had before her. I do appreciate and like how she is very thorough, especially wanting to get to the root cause of the issue and explaining alternative ways we can heal our parasympathetic nervous system. I had never heard of that before, but I did my research afterwards, and I knew she was more than just a regular doctor. The next day, they scheduled blood work, and again, they were very quick. I was in and out without any waiting. It's not something I'm used to. I do love that they have upfront pricing, unlike insurance companies that can give you surprise bills after your visit. I look forward to working with them on my health journey. I am excited to see how I can heal myself, especially with the health concerns that I've been struggling with for many years. Dr. Marisse and her team are very special! I'm very inspired, motivated, and determined to get my health on track and to take accountability for myself with their medical expertise.
