I originally transferred my child to this hospital out of sheer necessity, but I never expected to…read moremeet such an extraordinary doctor here. To be fair, the hospital's facilities and systems are quite outdated. The environment is not as clean, modern, or child-friendly as other children's hospitals that usually have bright spaces and play areas for kids. Even the admission forms are still on paper, available only in English and Spanish, which was difficult for me as someone who mainly reads Chinese. Everything changed when I met my child's doctor. She is a young Asian female doctor who speaks fluent Chinese. Her patience, attentiveness, and genuine care for children deeply moved me. Whether it was an examination or a procedure, she always asked for my consent first and carefully explained everything to both me and my child, which gradually eased my child's anxiety and resistance. My child lost his mother a year ago, so I have been especially concerned about his mental health, but I hadn't found the courage to tell him the truth. Now that he has turned four, I decided to seek advice from a family doctor. Her unique perspective and simple, understandable words touched me and gave me the courage to finally make a decision. From her eyes, I could see sincerity, compassion, and deep empathy. She cares not only about a child's physical well-being but also about their emotional growth. She offered me practical advice and thoughtful guidance that brought comfort to me as well--someone who is still struggling with grief. In many ways, she helped heal me too, restoring my confidence and hope for my child's future. I am truly grateful, and I feel very fortunate to have met such a doctor in a hospital I never expected much from. For me, it was a blessing--and for my child, who has already endured such hardship, it was an even greater blessing.

Dr. Chang is truly amazing. My appointments never feel rushed. He explains medications and side…read moreeffects thoroughly. We set clear health goals, and he is the only provider who has taken my migraines seriously. I am so grateful for him. My overall health is improving because he monitors everything closely. Also, being able to communicate in Mandarin made the experience even more reassuring for me. Highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients.

Oh, please. If there's a zero star, the NP deserve a zero star. I was calling them today like 3…read moretimes regarding my mom's lab results. They keep saying: "oh, we're busy right now, we'll calling u back." It never happens. All lies. Zero calls back. Worst one, the NP was yelled and didn't even want to listen to the complain, and hung up. Waow! What a service! Super epic. They called, inform about "something" that wasn't a clear instruction, and wanted us to check with a neuro specialist. How to communicate with the next doctor, if the instruction I received wasn't clear? If u inform something to someone, and someone communicate it to someone else, and it became unclear what do you want, cannot give response back, get the hell out pls. Do it yourself. Don't care what u want anymore. When I asked, "nicely"... their response was: oh, we're VERY busy right now, we WILL call you back. PRETT!! "Liar!" And the NP was saying: "don't u understand that we're VERY BUSY!!" "You need to listen to me!" (When she's the one NOT listening!) (After I called 3x and waited for them to call back like almost 8 hours???) Don't u think I AM NOT BUSY MA'AM? I was "too busy" waiting for your response, just to ask, what do u want from the neuro? From the kidney doctor? What the hell u want? Explain it nicely, not so complicated ma'am "busy-in-the-world." I'm sure the doctor is a nice person, but NOT the ma'am NP! She's a fucking bullshit!!! Not a profesional at all. They tend to hanging up their phone OR just blocked u into a busy line, so when u called them, NOONE (like literally noone) will pickup the phone OR listen to your voicemails. Their phone is broken, just like their heart is broken. Probably, just come to their busy office, and see how "busy" they are blocking people's phones call to make a very QUIET room. Wow!! Applause to their profesionalism. That's how they got their profesional degree. Just blocking people's phone, and do prescription till their patient's kidney is broken.
