Told her what happened with my neurologist and how rude she was at my last appointment. She looked over my results of my lumbar puncture and still thinks it could still be MS so she is sending me to see an immunologist. But thankful she listened to me and checked me and told her all my symptoms I am still having so she wants to help me to figure it out. Thankful to have my doctor who is caring and trying to help me, since my situation is difficult for them since all my issues are not easy to diagnose I guess. Thank you so much Dr. Chamberlin for trying to find me a new neurosurgeon. I appreciate that very much! It's been such a long journey trying to find answers, but it didn't help that during the beginning I didn't really know how to express my symptoms I was in a way broken because words didn't want to come out and I didn't think anyone would believe me since I don't look sick either. I was also scared to admit that something was actually wrong with me but I'm happy I didn't give up. I emailed Dr. Chamberlin so much, I was scared before starting the path to getting real answers and diagnosis. She has definitely had patience with me throughout my journey. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything! I appreciate you caring for me and your patients. It's kind of amazing too that when I started going to Dr. Chamberlin I met my best friend at the park with her son and my daughter a few years ago. I felt like talking to her and we just became so close and started talking about our health and which drs and we both mentioned Dr. Chamberlin. I thought that was a really cool story of how we met and having the same Dr. it's just amazing how things sometimes work out. I know my journey is not finished and it's still going to take a while but I am keeping strong and trying to stay patient while I continue to wait for more answers. Small practice with father/daughter doctors. Very kind staff and doctors alike. I made an appointment for myself and my son to be seen. He was seen by the daughter, I got the father. Both very thorough, very knowledgeable doctors. Dr. Estelle noticed my son was a little nervous and she explained her whole check up as she was going through the motions. Most doctors just rush through checkups without paying attention to details like she did. Dr. Maurice was also very pleasant. Took his time with me and my asthma flare ups. Both doctors really took the time to talk about our health history. Highly recommend this practice, both great doctors and very nice office staff.

Plenty of patient parking…read more Clean building/office. There are different departments in this building. Lots of patient seating area in Suite 200. Easy to check-in. Have to check in 15 min before appointment. And then wait 10-15 min after your appointment is when they call you. While the assistant takes your weight and do the health history questionnaire, you have to wait more time for the doctor to come in your room. Appointment at 11:40, came there 11:15, they called me 11:55 and then waited for doctor in the room for around 12:15. Bring your own water bottle; they don't have water fountains or water for patients to drink while you wait. They don't have walk ins for lab anymore. I fasted cuz I wanted to do lab after doctors appt. Have to be appointment only now. St. Jude providence sold their lab to LabCorp.

In the morning of the appointment, they called me if they need to cancel my appointment and reschedule. The been calling me since then to reschedule. How convenient for them! Today, they called me again. My husband and I have doctor appointments tomorrow and only within 24hrs they called and mentioned for my husband insurance if not assigned to Dr. Sidharta and need to reached if I don't have registrations changed notification from his insurance. I'm at work and this makes me crazy since I'm not able to work because of this whole situation. Only notified patient within 24hrs. How very convenient for them. You can get appointments right away, but only do it if you know what you have. I scheduled a wellness exam and they tried to charge a co-pay. When I called them out, they did waive the fee and asked me to look for another doctor instead of acknowledging their mistake. I am not someone that comes to the doctors that often and this is obviously discouraging and adds to the mistrust of doctors.

I was in so much pain and the way she spoke to me hurt at a level I can't describe. I won't ever set 1 foot in that horrible office. I guess she's made enough money, lost her zeal, whatever the case there is absolutely no excuse. Done. Happy to take my hard earned dollars elsewhere. I've been going to Dr. Shirley Chung and Dr. Rasha Soliman for years now, and they are absolutely wonderful! I love them as my doctors, and they have always been pretty attentive, listen well, and give me sound advice whenever I have a medical issue. The ladies in the front office as well are very kind, cordial, and friendly. I've only had one issue with one of the receptionists, but once in 8 years is a pretty good track record. Overall, everyone is friendly, and I would definitely recommend these doctors to anyone in the area who's seeking medical care. The ISSUE with this office is that you can barely get a hold of anyone! Don't call this office if you're actually very sick and need to be seen. I have lost track of the many times that I have called this doctor's office and hardly ever get someone on the line. It's like playing Russian Roulette. You don't know what you're going to get! Most of the time, I just get the automated answering service. Nobody hardly ever picks up the phone...even during the "open" hours! And then, they have lunch hours where nobody is available to pick up the phones (fair enough), but even when you call and leave messages, most times nobody even calls you back! I love this doctor's office, but it's just VERY hard to reach someone in order to be seen. I don't know if they need a better answering service, or if the ladies are just swamped in the front office (I doubt it, it's not like this doctor's office is ever crowded when I go), or if they're just not hearing the phones or what. But I almost feel like they need someone who just simply answers phone calls, and that's it. I've even considered looking for another doctor in the area because as a patient I feel like I'm not valued or important when I call a doctor's office and nobody picks up the phone, and even when I leave a message, I hardly ever get a call back (20% of the time I MIGHT get a phone call back). Overall, great office, great doctors, friendly staff, but what good is any of that if you can't even reach someone to make an appointment! :(

The doctor I was currently going to gave me three rounds of antibiotics and I still was not feeling any better. When this same doctor prescribed me a fourth round of antibiotics (boo!), I wanted to get a second opinion. I made the trek to his office. Dr Lin (who still remembered me!) took a couple minutes and told me that I had a minor throat infection and antibiotics were definitely not needed. He then prescribed me some other medicines. Lo and behold, I actually started to feel better the next day. Dr. Lin is now the only doctor I will see when I am sick. 5 stars!
