Small practice with father/daughter doctors. Very kind staff and doctors alike. I made an appointment for myself and my son to be seen. He was seen by the daughter, I got the father. Both very thorough, very knowledgeable doctors. Dr. Estelle noticed my son was a little nervous and she explained her whole check up as she was going through the motions. Most doctors just rush through checkups without paying attention to details like she did. Dr. Maurice was also very pleasant. Took his time with me and my asthma flare ups. Both doctors really took the time to talk about our health history. Highly recommend this practice, both great doctors and very nice office staff.

The 1st time, there's an opening and I scheduled appointments since my leg was in pain. That was happened on Friday and Monday I took day off since it was still in pain and Tuesday for doctor appointment. In the morning of the appointment, they called me if they need to cancel my appointment and reschedule. The been calling me since then to reschedule. How convenient for them! Today, they called me again. My husband and I have doctor appointments tomorrow and only within 24hrs they called and mentioned for my husband insurance if not assigned to Dr. Sidharta and need to reached if I don't have registrations changed notification from his insurance. I'm at work and this makes me crazy since I'm not able to work because of this whole situation. Only notified patient within 24hrs. How very convenient for them. The front desk staff is so uncaring. They do not know how to exercise basic humane reactions. You walk away from an appt not even have a result. They dont even submit referrals correctly It took me 6 or more months of calling weekly to get them to submit my cpap machine properly. Literally filled out the main referral for the mask only. Called called called and finally gave them a list of codes I received from the providing facility to give them myself cause they were tired of reaching out to parsas staff to correct My last straw.. was recently. I had a stroke and after release from hospital, I was told my primary doc office needs to refer me to cardiology for a heart monitor. I call them and explain I need Tiffany, the PA to refer me to cardiology. Of course they say.. you need an appt. I say not really she just needs to send a referral in so I can get my monitor to rule out Afib as a cause .. the very uncaring receptionist say.. well we can see you on the 11th. Im like.. its the 29th.. so you see waiting 2 weeks is not really good.. I just had a stroke! She says well, sorry parsa is booked and so is Tiffany. I said its an emergency. What's your protocol? She says there is none. I said please place me on hold and ask if she can fit in a tele health visit in the next day or so.. if she literally needs an appt it needs to be sooner. She refused to do that ReFUSED stating protocol. I said so you have NO EMERGENCY PROTOCOL? She said no.. 2 weeks pass and of course.. I jave now had 4 more mini strokes.. NOT Tia's literally brain damaging strokes.. and I get my appt.. so she can refer me to cardiology and ​I forget to ask for wprk paperwork.. so I called back within three days of that appt.. to get that paperwork and they tell me You need another appt. And it has to be in person. Not a telehealth. I said, no ma'am I just had an appt and this is part of it.. she said no.. I said please just email her and tell her I forgot to ask for that paperwork she said no again amd refused my request three more times before I told her she will indeed get a message to her and if I hear from her lips she needs an appt then we would go from there. Unbelievable how they treat people who need some care and compassion. Horrible place. Yes.. they called back and said, you need an appt. I will never return. I called my neurologist and they had the paperwork I needed emailed to me within 15 minutes! This office will not even call you to give you test results regarding a previous app.. without you paying another office copay. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect for people in all my life. I am a caring and kind person and this office made me feel like a speck of dirt under their shoes.

My blood pressure is under control with fewer medications; I think I had doctor-induced higher blood pressure on my visits with my former physician. Dr. Khandwala refers me to specialists when we agree that it would be helpful. I found out I had carcinoma on my face because of her referral to a dermatologist for a facial wart. I feel good after a visit with her, and I know that she is listening carefully to what I have to share. I have never had a feeling of being called bad or not taking care of myself. I've been going to Dr. Shirley Chung and Dr. Rasha Soliman for years now, and they are absolutely wonderful! I love them as my doctors, and they have always been pretty attentive, listen well, and give me sound advice whenever I have a medical issue. The ladies in the front office as well are very kind, cordial, and friendly. I've only had one issue with one of the receptionists, but once in 8 years is a pretty good track record. Overall, everyone is friendly, and I would definitely recommend these doctors to anyone in the area who's seeking medical care. The ISSUE with this office is that you can barely get a hold of anyone! Don't call this office if you're actually very sick and need to be seen. I have lost track of the many times that I have called this doctor's office and hardly ever get someone on the line. It's like playing Russian Roulette. You don't know what you're going to get! Most of the time, I just get the automated answering service. Nobody hardly ever picks up the phone...even during the "open" hours! And then, they have lunch hours where nobody is available to pick up the phones (fair enough), but even when you call and leave messages, most times nobody even calls you back! I love this doctor's office, but it's just VERY hard to reach someone in order to be seen. I don't know if they need a better answering service, or if the ladies are just swamped in the front office (I doubt it, it's not like this doctor's office is ever crowded when I go), or if they're just not hearing the phones or what. But I almost feel like they need someone who just simply answers phone calls, and that's it. I've even considered looking for another doctor in the area because as a patient I feel like I'm not valued or important when I call a doctor's office and nobody picks up the phone, and even when I leave a message, I hardly ever get a call back (20% of the time I MIGHT get a phone call back).
