Left no mess behind & final charge was the same price as they originally quoted. Can't argue with that!

The installation team was very profession and worked quickly. When one window was not manufactured properly, they took note of it, and came back to replace it. They made sure that ALL work was done correctly. My windows turned out great! I highly recommend this company.

The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. We are happy repeat customers, based on experience and price…read more In our most recent work, we had a dining room window that would leak whenever rain came from the southeast (not a frequent occurrence). We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

They are the most professional polite and hard working crew, easy to work with. I'm grateful that they stand behind their word and fix any malfunctions or mishaps. My windows and blinds are working well now. update Oct 9th The sad thing about My Windows Solutions is that I really like the people. They are animal rescuers and are so courteous. But when something goes wrong with the windows or blinds, it's the screen guys or contractors in my family that have to tell me that their work is shotty. It hasn't been a year and I have had so many problems and they make it like I am a complainer. My window that previously had large bow that the screen guy had to point out has another problem that bows the other way and won't close properly. Lonnie came out that night, which is priceless and sweet. But he said the window may need to be done again, which makes it so the custom screens need to be redone, which cost me a lot. I'm a disabled senior on fixed income and paid a lot for the windows and blinds. The screen people that are far more experienced and well reviewed said they never saw so many mistakes on brand new windows. It hasn't been a year. I got new windows so I didn't have to worry about them and it's worse now than the old windows. They better stand behind this and help with the screens, because this is unacceptable. Carlos and Joshua came by to replace defective blinds. And they checked other. They really stand behind their products and service. Lonnie the manager is the best to work with and will always address concerns. I continually applause My Windows Solutions and promote them to my neighbors and friends.

We found one on a landlord magazine, another online and Paul's on Yelp. The other two were very expensive and kept trying to upsell. We had Art come to meet us and he was very friendly and upfront about how they do business. We hit it off with Art so the unconventional way of doing things was not a problem for us. He can be trusted at his word. Art made rough measurements (for the initial estimate) and the contractor came for exact measurements. The check cleared normally and Art texted and emailed us about everything. It took three weeks to get the windows and were installed in one day. They did good, clean work. Very professional. My house looks so much better, and can hardly hear anything outside. We had two new windows in the kitchen which we thought were installed wrong, but Art's installers said they were good and that they would be ok (no up sale). They even caulked and painted one little spot to make it nicer. He also didn't try to upsell us when I asked to keep one of the old windows in the dining room because I thought it was "charming" but it doesn't open. (I have since changed my mind and will be getting them to replace it after all.) Installation went smoothly (to us). One of the windows was not the same brand so one of the guys went all the way to the suppliers and returned with the right one WITHIN the day while they were still working.
