Hawaiian Snowballs by Bragg Ice Cafe is located on the corner of Crain Highway and Thelma Avenue straight across from another snowball stand. They are currently open for the summertime from Wednesday through Sunday between 12:00 pm until 9:00 pm. They have a very active Facebook page where you can view their updates and specials (The Hawaiian Snowball Stand by Bragg Ice Cafe).
