Marie, the bartender, was immediately friendly and attentive. I love a good Reuben, and she recommend theirs. It was great because even though it was served open-faced, it wasn't thick cuts of corned beef slapped on the bread. It was more shaven which made it really good. The beer cooler has a nice selection of craft beers that are priced cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Smoking is still allowed in the bar but you hardly notice it. The kitchen food menu varies daily and the selections are minimal but Ive been told that the food is delicious. Had some good conversation with some friendly locals at the bar which made me feel welcomed this time around. The darts and pool table are always a good time. Every now and then there is a hotdog stand and a chili pot set out next to the darts for $1 chili dogs. The place usually gets crowded the most on late night weekends.

"Can I have a cosmo?" "What's that?" "Eh vodka, cranberry and triple sec. In a martini glass." "We don't make no fancy drinks here." "Ok then. What do you have for beer?" "Everything." "Can I get an IPA." "What's that?" Bartender getting more pissed. "India Pale Ale." Bartender extremely pissed. "We don't have it!" "Blue Moon?" "Don't have it." "I thought you had everything." Me grinning. "Miller, Pabst, Yuengling." I take the Yuengling and shut up before I am dismembered, put in the freezer, stuffed into a jar of red beet eggs and given away as the prize on Bingo night.

I remember hearing he lived in the area... $2.25 Yuengling bottles, $1.50 PBR draughts (not my bag, the metal shavings make my throat bleed, but ok), and Leffe for $3 or 4. Some local brews on tap including a Slyfox IPA. Also, the bathrooms are so tiny (really tiny) that the sink is out in the main bar area.
