Food and drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time too. Drinks: Their drink menu only has non-alcoholic options, including canned pop, bottled water, juices, tea and coffee. In addition to what's on the menu, they had additional juices listed on a white board. Food: our meals came with soup and salad. They also threw in dessert for those who wanted it but I'm not sure if dessert is always included or not. I ordered the ceviche plate which was a lot of food, flavorful, and so filling. The ceviche was perfect, exactly how I like it. It also came with dry/roasted corn and a sweet potato. I absolutely would get it again! At the end of the night we met the chef too, and we learned he had an impressive resume. Not surprised considering the quality of the ceviche, soup, and dessert. Fredonia is lucky to have this talent here! Overall, I'd highly recommend!

I have traveled quite a lot and have been to many places to eat - they range from a one star to a 5 star - and I have some criteria that I use. Is the bathroom clean - why - because the people that prepare, cook and serve your food use the same bathroom and if it's dirty - chances are - the kitchen is too - to say nothing about their hands! Is the staff friendly or are they treating you like a burden - believe it or not - many places have people that shouldn't be dealing with people and this can be a huge turn off! Is the menu one with selection or is there really nothing to pick from - and sometimes worse than a light menu is one that has a hundred items. I've found that the more they have - the less impressed I am - no place can be good at a huge variety! Is there a fair price associated with the menu - can I afford it, will I enjoy it or is the price so high or is there no value - I have to feel good about what I paid for the food - the better it is - the more I can enjoy the food! Is the service fast or am I going to age waiting for a refill of coffee or getting my meal - will the server return to ask if I need anything or once they drop the plate off - am I dead to them? At this place - I can honestly say that both times I have been there I have been extremely impressed - in fact - my prime rib was not only HUGE, a great price, but it came quickly by a friendly server and it was delicious! BTW - I can NOT go here without having the peanut butter pie - but try some other pies and please leave that one just for me! You should put this on your "must go to" place!
