The opening page makes it clear that it accommodates those with food allergies, by emphasizing that they have products that are milk-free, peanut-free, egg-free, etc. It also brings you seamlessly to the description of the business and the famous businesses No Whey is featured in. There are other parts of the site dedicated to the chocolates made for special occasions like Hanukkah. It does make it clear that No Whey's manufacturing facility is in Lakewood is the manufacturing facility not open to the public while the shop is available in Howell Township.

The underwhelming interior caught me by surprise, since I imagined the interior having a much larger space. The silence does make the establishment less enjoyable to peruse. While it did not have any tables, it does offer you a glimpse into the products No Whey sells, which range from pastries and candies. The wooden paneling upon the walls and the floor definitely evoke that tranquility that comes with a bakery.

I ordered the Chocolate Danish, which had chocolate custard and drizzle, and was coated in powdered sugar. I did think that since it stayed in the counter, it did have bit of a stale form with dried custard. The chocolate drizzle did crack due to its dryness. Nevertheless, it did have a pleasant taste, since the chocolate and the powdered sugar do complement the dough.

The pastries, despite barely any left at that shop, managed to represent No Whey with its festive brand. The website highlights this establishment the most, since it has a better presentation of the food selection than the ones available at the shop. It practically has a way of presenting itself as though No Whey was a major chain brand, which definitely works for it. While I cannot be too sure about the length of the pastries' time in the glass, I did not have enough staleness to make it inedible. Concerning the ambiance, I did think that it did have a poor first impression, but considering the diverse array of delicacies, I would say that the ambiance did not trouble me too much.
The chocolate danish and the experience coming to the establishment I would say was definitely worth the price.

I thought that No Whey had a decent presence in Wine on 9 Plaza as a kosher bakery. I might not come there habitually, but I did not regret coming there.
