I picked up a wig package with two different price tags one them: one high, one low on sale. I asked the woman if it was meant for the lower price to be the sale price. I had another experience once at the private hair salon in the store. I was due for a wash, but unfortunately my extensions were so cheap and tangled that it got matted to my natural hair when the beautician finished washing my hair. So, I decided that I would get a temporary wig because I didn't budget for extensions. Everything seemed fine for a month until I took down my wig. But when I unbraided my hair, the middle of my scalp had no hair! I mean, you could tell that my hair was literally cut off. I had to think back for a minute on how I could've lost so much hair and I came to realize that it was from when the beautician took my extensions down and didn't TELL me that my hair came out with it! I was pissed. I came back to tell them, not remembering who my beautician was at the time (unfortunately), but they didn't really say much. Not cool. The salon isn't bad overall, because they have great results. However, their prices are high. Nonetheless, you do get what you pay for at the end of the day. So minus my hair mishap, I've seen some great hair styles on men and women happily leaving the shop.
