It was not until I reached the counter and put down the boxes that he started to put his conversation on hold. When I asked him to check for the smaller size in the flats he told me if they were not out they did not have them. He went to get the other tennis shoe from the back and I went to put up the flats and look again for the correct size. I found it way on the top of the shelf and had to get a bench to get them down. When I took them to the counter and asked why he hadn't done a better job to help me find the correct shoe. He well I would have had I asked. He never once apologized for the phone call or not helping with the flats. He was very rude and I ended up leaving with out buying either pair of shoes.

At the time of ordering, I informed the owner that I was relocating to Greensboro and needed the order in a timely manner. After payment, I received no updates regarding my order unless I personally reached out. For nearly 30 days, I waited without consistent communication, confirmation, or follow-up. The only correspondence I received was a single text notifying me that my order was ready for pickup; prior to that, there were no updates or notice of delays. Because of the delay and lack of communication, I requested a refund from Jill Uniforms. Around the same time, I had placed a similar order with Heidi's Uniforms, which was ready for pickup in less than seven days. Because of Heidi's quick turnaround, when I responded to Jill Uniforms' text, I mistakenly thought I was replying to Heidi rather than to Jill, as I had been waiting on an update for so long. I acknowledged to the owner, Tabitha, that this was an error on my part, but my views regarding the experience remain the same. The owner has refused to issue a refund, even though my order was not delivered within an acceptable turnaround time. Because I am unable to request a partial refund through my merchant, I arranged for my maternal grandmother to pick up the order once the weather cleared. This was my first time doing business with this company, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Paying in advance and being left without updates for nearly a month is unacceptable, and the refusal to refund under these circumstances reflects poor customer service. I like walking around once in awhile but it is almost not worth going here anymore. Not many stores that interest me anymore. They have a subway, chili fila and a Chinese place. Not sure if any other places but very limited not a good court like other malls. There is a pretty big shoe store. My favorite place is Marshalls & bath and body works. Outside there is a AMC movie theater & dollar tree not inside the mall. Unless you have a specific store to go to it's really not worth walking around inside anymore. It's a shame. Malls will be a thing of the past eventually people are shopping on line instead. I personally like walking around and seeing the item before I buy. I hope they can get some new places in to open up soon.

The store also offers with this card a 15% discount every Monday for shoppers age 50 and older and 15% every Friday to those 49 yrs old or younger. I can't say it was particularly clean. The bathroom was kind of icky. No one had cleaned up towels off the floor, toilet paper wadded up on the floor next to the toilet, etc. Granted, we were there at 5 pm, so there had probably been a Saturday rush tearing the place up, but employees should do a better job of tidying up. Maybe there aren't enough on a shift, idk. The inventory was definitely picked over and it honestly looked like somebody just dumped a bucket of junk out across some of the shelves. We walked out empty-handed. I didn't even look at the clothes because they were grouped by color and type, not size. Who wants to look at a whole rack of black shirts to try to find their size? It's not that hard to organize by size, really. It's not worth making it a day trip, despite what that influencer said. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I'll leave it to the locals from now on.

The prices are the same at every Goodwill so calling them out for the prices seems silly. Especially when you get an Under Armor hoody for a fraction of what they would cost new. The store is great with plenty of space to move around and it's such a nice building that sometimes you forget you're at a Goodwill. They have a huge electronics section with a bunch of good used monitors and stacks of video games. The clothing is the major player of course and as always it's organized by color?!? Why Goodwill?!? Why! I know it's easy for the employees to rack them but I don't got shopping usually to find a specific color. But I guess it keeps people in the store longer as they would have to go through every single shirt to find the right size. The staff at checkout were more polite than usual and I appreciate that more than most. Usually at most retailers it seems like you're an inconvenience more than a customer. Heck most don't even stop their conversation with their colleagues to acknowledge you! Great shopping experience here in Shelby. We will be back every time we are in town!
