Another gentleman, while we were clearly waiting for some kind of assistance as I sat in the chair tired from a long day and my husband standing next to me with suit in hand, asked if the suits on the table in front of us (which looked nothing like the one we were holding) were ours to which we replied no, and that was the end of that interaction. I'm not sure what the other employees on the floor were so tied up with, they were moving around and seemed busy but we were there, had a suit picked out and couldn't get anyone's attention. We would walk from one side of the store to the other but it felt like we were disturbing anyone that we came in range to speak with as they would rapidly zip around the store. This was not our experience at the Atlanta location when we purchased a suit and all the extras/accessories from them. Our decision to leave finally came down to our lack of confidence that if we did wait to see if anyone would attempt to help finish the transaction, there wouldn't be any issues following with tailoring or receipt of our purchase. Not one person even batted an eye at the fact we waited patiently for help, walked back to the rack to restock the suit my husband picked out, and started making our way to the door. Nobody.
