I waited on the google meet chat for about 10 mins ( I was on 5 minutes early ). The instructions in the email says to give the store a call if no one joins after 5 minutes. Call the store and girl over the phone says she'll get the manager( unfortunately I don't have his name), waited about 6 mins on hold then she comes back and says he'll be on in just a second. I' waited about 20 mins overall on the call and he didn't join. It's unprofessional and I definitely won't be applying to this store again.

Prior to Church, I had mentioned that I needed to pick up a new belt because the one I am currently wearing is beginning to fray. Never say this to a woman who has Kohl's Cash Coupons plus other Coupons because then they are in a feeding frenzy just like Sharks smelling blood. Original thought was to hit the Kohl's in Huntersville on the way back but she found out there was one close to the restaurant in Gastonia so I had little option. She had already been badgering me for my underwear size so she could get a new set so Kohl's was inevitable anyway. It's a well stocked store which is good but at the same time, they have cut back on the sales associates till it almost self serve. Heaven help you if you don't know where thing are located. Found the belts first and found a nice one with excellent quality and a good price. Bought it and may end up buying another in a slightly smaller size if I can hopefully loose a couple of pounds. Underwear was a bit more challenging because my size was not part of the primary display but on an end cap but found what was the right size. With the coupons and Kohl's Cash, it was a good saving overall. I personally thought the replacing the underwear to be low priority but apparently not to my wife. Not the next day but the day after, I went to dress and all of my old underwear had been discarded regardless of wear and had been replaced with the new. I went to this store today to price clippers prior to going to the CosmoProf next door to purchase…read moreitems. I noticed they had some Whal Senior clippers on the shelf for 79.99. I made note and went next door to complete my purchase and also price their clippers and noticed a higher price than next door. I told the Store manager and he replied saying yea a lot of times their stuff is cheaper . I went back to Sally's and picked up the item and took it to the register - it was in the same spot as before , at the register it rang up 129.99 . I advised the associate of the price on the shelf and took her and the other associate to the shelf - they BOTH acknowledged that yes it was on the shelf in the 79.99 spot , they then looked for the correct spot and moved the boxes around . I asked them to honor the price as as the customer - I do not own it being in the incorrect place - they do ! They then after insulting me , about being able to afford the new price (which wasn't a issue - it's the principle) went next door to CosmoProf to speak to that manager - I called customer service . The lady then came back and called the district manager who essentially said "oh well we will not honor the price even though they stocked it in the wrong spot " after some back and forth with me about how she doesn't care what her people said or did then hung up on me . No wonder the store is always empty - I will not stop escalating the issue until it is resolved !!!! Right is right and wrong is wrong !
