Last time I was there, I bought several bottles of mustard because the price was good. After I got home I realized they charged me $1.00 more for each bottle. I called and was told they would refund when I brought reciept. I went back a few hours later, bought 4 more and spent the next half hour trying to get my refund and the 4 more for the price marked. They eventually gave me the credit/price, but treated me like I was the bad guy in all this. Before leaving, I suggested they correct the price so no one else goes through this. Then this time I went in to buy muffins. I took a double take on price because there were 2 different prices for exactly the same muffins. I took photos of both and showed to cashier because, of course the highest price came up on the screen. They still went to go look, even with a line of customers, and came back with exactly what I told/showed them. My cashier verified with another cashier on what price to charge and came up with the higher price. I still bought them, but that wasn't right. Again I suggested they fix the issue, so not to have irritated customers. This is very bad customer service lately and I'm hoping they look into what is causing the issue, besides re-training staff on proper customer service.

Last week I was asked to show ID for the first time in 17 years to buy a six pack of beer. I am 75 years old and obviously of age, so I find this process very annoying and lawfully unnecessary. look it up. I was told by the checker and other long term staff that they have always required ID and if I didn't like it I could shop elsewhere. Again, I have never been required to provide ID before. The staff were very rude and I was shocked that they would treat a long term customer as they did. I am very disappointed and will be shopping elsewhere unless absolutely desperate.

I loved how clean, organized, and friendly the store was. But honestly, I stopped going in there for a period due to a little short change artist that was working in the deli. You know the one with the greasy dark thinning hair, cheesy fake smile, acne scars, and the one that was always giving the fake hugs to everyone, looking like she was salivating for your tip, lol yeah, that one. Quite a few friends of mine were short changed by her in large amounts, $20 or more, when they spent large bills on smaller purchases. I simply stopped going in because, yeah, sometimes one rotten apple can spoil the whole bunch and reflect badly on everyone. Well, it looks like management got enough complaints and finally got rid of her. It was a force quit too, you know, don't collect unemployment and we won't press charges kind of thing, lol. I have to hand it to management, they caught it and dealt with this rotten apple promptly. Knowing that the thief is gone encouraged me to frequent this awesome store again and reassured me that management pays attention and has the customer's best interest in mind. Feels good to shop here again, such an awesome store and so close to home. Friendliest store in town.

Please hire more capable cashiers and baggers, if you require us to use them when purchasing over 15 items. Can you train them? Cold with cold. Meat with meat? Etc. Those kind of things.
