Another gentleman came out from the back deli side and I asked him if someone could help the one deli guy working cause the customer he was helping had a big order and he said no the other deli person was on lunch and those two guys were for the bakery. What?? Are you kidding me Raleys doesn't cross train the bakery people to help out deli ??????? It was a tall European person and a short guy with piercing on his nose. Waited for over 10 mins for sliced meat when they stood there and just chatted away. Terrible service !!

This review is not about the product. It's about the "customer service" at Wal Mart in Merced. I…read moresaw this product online at $16.88. So I went to the actual store instead of buying it online. When the associate rang up the price it was more. I don't remember the total. I asked the associate if they priced match their on line price. I know for a fact that Wal Mart does price match if the product is the same and it's in stock. The associate said no. So then I showed him the Walmart online price and he says, "They don't price match because the company wants the customers to purchase items on-line." I'm not going to argue so I accepted his story. I talked to a another associate and I was informed they do price match the online prices. Oh, and yes this product works!!! I guess you should buy it online.

I got wine on sale at a decent price. My husband was looking for a beer and walked around and…read morecouldn't find one. He found a soda, eventually. This place was just sad. It reminds me of my local Lucky store, which carries a foreboding that I didn't see coming. This place had the same energy. But finding a single beer, which is something you can do here, eluded us. The soda was fine, but it took such a long time to find. Maybe it's a Merced thing, or maybe it's an issue in this tiny pocket. The Dickie's BBQ had the same issue. Low standards, low energy, not caring so much. I say that because the Smart and Final near me is a bit more perkier and energetic and doesn't leave the sense of foreboding that this store has.

I…read morehave spent hundreds of dollars at this store and as of late I enjoyed shopping at this market when I was in need of things andl I was shocked when I found that there are new employees under the age of 21 selling alcohol and tobacco and the prices of everything is almost 5 times the price it used to be. In addition to this, my son's shop for me and yesterday they were accused of stealing from them. Needless to say the new employees. and management are extremely rude to their customers. Unfortunately, this market that use to be a friendly place has turned into a racist, rude, overpriced worst place to shop for anything. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. I am telling everyone to boycott this business. If I could give them a negative rating it would be a Negative 10.
