Also to add one reason for failing was the O2 sensor having a "spacer" that needed to be removed underneath the car, bs! When I had it last smog that issue never came up from the other place where the smog had passed. Plus he moved the car in a slightly fast maneuver over a wheel checker even with my car being low. Won't recommend coming here ever, never again!
