Unfortunately than I saw two gentleman slightly to my right on the bakery side one was doing something with a knife facing the front and his co worker was just standing there talking to him with a towel in his had doing nothing. They both continued just to chit chat the gentleman with the knife was done and they were just chatting on the bakery side. Another gentleman came out from the back deli side and I asked him if someone could help the one deli guy working cause the customer he was helping had a big order and he said no the other deli person was on lunch and those two guys were for the bakery. What?? Are you kidding me Raleys doesn't cross train the bakery people to help out deli ??????? It was a tall European person and a short guy with piercing on his nose. Waited for over 10 mins for sliced meat when they stood there and just chatted away. Terrible service !!

When the associate rang up the price it was more. I don't remember the total. I asked the associate if they priced match their on line price. I know for a fact that Wal Mart does price match if the product is the same and it's in stock. The associate said no. So then I showed him the Walmart online price and he says, "They don't price match because the company wants the customers to purchase items on-line." I'm not going to argue so I accepted his story. I talked to a another associate and I was informed they do price match the online prices. Oh, and yes this product works!!! I guess you should buy it online.

It reminds me of my local Lucky store, which carries a foreboding that I didn't see coming. This place had the same energy. But finding a single beer, which is something you can do here, eluded us. The soda was fine, but it took such a long time to find. Maybe it's a Merced thing, or maybe it's an issue in this tiny pocket. The Dickie's BBQ had the same issue. Low standards, low energy, not caring so much. I say that because the Smart and Final near me is a bit more perkier and energetic and doesn't leave the sense of foreboding that this store has.

Recently I had a bad encounter with an employee/ cashier that goes by the name of "Salina or Selina" she's an older lady with dark hair that about shoulder length or pass that. We were purchasing a bottle of liquor for a family event when we realized we received the wrong bottle, so we took the bottle back into the store just to get same brand of liquor but a different flavor (the prices were still the same) salina decided to take our bottle far from us and call someone and proceeds to tell us we have to do a refund and she can't trade the bottle out but she still ended up giving me the correct bottle, after she realized she gave me the bottle I was originally coming to buy and I was walking out the store she ran up aggressively and snatched the bottle out of my hands while almost ripping my receipt stating "I can't have this bottle" I felt targeted and embarrassed in front of the whole store. I hope you guys do something about that. she seems like she's too comfortable taking paid items out of customers hands.

Today, I ordered two meat pacs; The Party PAC and the Discount PAC. (See Photo). When you purchase any meat pack, they give you a free 2 Liter soda of your choice.
