A couple months back I was charged for something I didn't purchase. It was for something that was over $40 and luckily I noticed within 10 minutes or so after leaving so I wasn't too far. But I got no apology. Most recently I feel like the quality of some of the things has gone down. This is the second time I've bought something frozen and had it been freezer burned.
