I love their steaks and roasts they offer in their meat counter. I buy their steaks, fresh ground chuck and fresh ground Italian sausage year round. Sometimes pork chops or steaks, not a big pork eater...Nice Rib Roasts during the holidays. The meat is always fresh with great flavor. I have been shopping at this store fo although the past 6 years and do so practically every day. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and as of late I enjoyed shopping at this market when I was in need of things andl I was shocked when I found that there are new employees under the age of 21 selling alcohol and tobacco and the prices of everything is almost 5 times the price it used to be. In addition to this, my son's shop for me and yesterday they were accused of stealing from them. Needless to say the new employees. and management are extremely rude to their customers. Unfortunately, this market that use to be a friendly place has turned into a racist, rude, overpriced worst place to shop for anything. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. I am telling everyone to boycott this business. If I could give them a negative rating it would be a Negative 10. read more

I shop at SaveMore because it is close to my house and they have great prices with fresh meats, produce,and everything on their shelves that are star quality. I spend $400-500.00 monthly just for food. I buy other miscellaneous items entering the store 4-5 more times monthly, as well. All the workers are friendly . They're always willing to assist customers by giving direct aisles for locating products that are asked about .That to me is great customer service. 09/25/2024 is the day this review was written and I'll be shopping again this morning at 8 a.m. upon them just opening so I can get in, get out beating the heat. read more

The bakery is trash every time I go there it's always something . I went in on a Wednesday to order a 8" cake for my mom's birthday Saturday 6/15 to be picked up @3pm . I didn't pay for it because she said I could pay for it on Saturday . Saturday comes I go in to pick it up at 4:15pm and they can not find my cake nor my order form . She said you sure it's not under a different name . I said no like I told you I came in Wednesday to order it and it's under my name . The manager comes asking if I want a pre made cake . I said no really not the cake I wanted that ordered . Showed no remorse never again read more

Very good customer service by whole Save More Market team. This is the best store in the town. Everything is fresh here specially meat department has very good variety of meat, beef, pork and chicken etc. They cut the meat every day to keep the freshness and quality of the meat. They've full line of grocery items. Lots of parking space available as they have big parking lot. I highly recommend this store. read more

Save More used to be a good neighborhood store, but the new owners don't know the first thing about operating a business. There is now very little product for sale, their prices have quadrupled - that is not obvious since nothing is priced, and the owners unprofessional and rude kids are left to run the store. The owner buys products on sale at other local stores and sales them for more at Save More: price gauging anyone? The new owners ruined Save More Market and effectively made our neighborhood a food desert. I would give them a zero star rating if I could. Don't waste your time at Save More. read more

Their customer service is beyond pathetic. They treat you rudely upon checking out and basically throw their receipt at you. If you treat your customer's like that, WE WILL NOT BE BACK EVER. Walked in and Walked right out...Suckest customer service ever!!! When I first walked in I asked if they had a trash can... They just looked at each other and pointed... No hello no smile no nothing... Then even before getting past the cash register the owners was looking at me like I stole something... Wow thisahopping trip already sucks... Granted this place is not your average grocery store in terms of cleanliness or service, but what it does offer you are great products at great prices. The location is great and every time I buy a scratcher it's a winner in some way or another, haha. read more

I come here every few weeks or so to buy chicken livers for my pets and steak for myself. The meat prices are good and the quality is as well. The customer service is fantastic and everyone, from employees to other customers are incredibly polite and friendly. read more

Thank goodness for independently owned grocery stores. This one has a terrific butcher counter. The meat is wrapped when you select it, not a day or two before. The butchers are friendly and helpful. Give them two days notice and special cuts are no problem. I won't buy meat anywhere else. read more
