I went to this Sprouts store for the first time looking for a few items and I asked a worker named "Virginia Rios" for assistance and she was very helpful she told me what aisle's everything was on and even gave me info on some products I had never heard of and certain items that were on sale, she was extremely helpful! I wish I could leave half a star... the mango spears I bought were hard and dry... I tried to ask the staff for help with a question but everyone seemed to be to busy with their own conversations. Finally someone was able to help me locate the cut fruit in the first place. On my way walking out an employee asked another employee about fixing a door and he proceeded to say "can't you see we are talking here" and laughed after. They had employees just standing around gossiping not even looking like they are doing something what a shame. Ambiance is awful. read more

So excited to see Sprouts come to Merced! Located in the new plaza on G and Yosemite, the store is well lit and comes stocked with great grocery options. Raley's (across the street) tends to be my go-to grocery store but I think this might change my mind! Additionally, there's a Starbucks located right across the parking lot if you want to get some coffee while you shop! They have multiple sections of food. Everything is well labeled. They even have a section for Indian ingredients, nuts and trail mix aisles for you to measure out, and lots of great finds on individual products that you won't be able to find anywhere else. The vitamin section is the best around! There is only one entrance to the store so it can feel a little congested with customers going in and out. However, there are both cashiers and self-checkout booths available. The high ceilings and good lighting make this place seem airy and spacious, like a true farmer's market vibe. I love Sprouts Meat Department. Sprouts puts out quality meat. Today, I was looking for Tomahawk steaks. Sprouts doesn't sell Tomahawk Steaks but the Meat Manager said, "I have a 2 bone-in rib-eye roast. I can cut it in half and trim it". So its basically a short bone Tomahawk that I got for $19.99 a pound which is very inexpensive for a Tomahawk cut. Thank You Sprouts. Always approachable and accommodating. read more

It's going to be a no for me. Not only was customer service terrible but the sandwich that I ordered was as dry as the desert! I ordered a Turkey avocado and bread as well as the turkey were so dry! The avocado tasted like they gave me the left over avo they had cut up the night before. The only thing good was the chips. I don't know why they have such attitude at that deli. They make eye contact with you and pretend to be doing something else. Everything but helping the customer and if they are helping it's with such an attitude especially the women, unless it's a younger man at the counter. Employees are just talking to each other back and fourth flirting with each other but the problem is they just have us customers standing there waiting for service. The prepped meals are great. They are tasty and have a huge variety from seafood, Turkey and other meats. I like the produce and healthier options. Sprouts is such a great grocery store for a variety of needs. Being about to place an order through the app was great. The shoppers are so efficient and they let you know what replacements are available if they are out of stock. They are really quick at completing orders, so be ready to respond quickly if they need you. This shopping experience is very nice, the store is beautiful and shopping is a breeze on the mobile app. They usually bring the order out before I even check in!
