The entertainers were fun (Maria you're the best) and the drink service could have been a little faster. There were many of us at our table that ordered bottomless mimosas. The rest of our mommy's had tequila and other hard liquors. The food options at the outdoor parking lot were delicious. It did take some time. This parking lot is horribe. I recommend ride share or getting dropped off here so you don't have to leave your car downtown on the streets. This part of 4th street isn't the best area. Shout out to the hubbs for shuttling me. We'll have to come back and have beer on the other side. I love their peanut butter stout and usually have a chilled pack in my fridge in the Summer. Here is what we liked: - Great vibe inside, including some comfy couches and lots of seating. - There is an area for live music in the back, which was just starting as we were leaving so we didn't get to enjoy that. - Very broad range of beers on tap. - We ordered a flight (4 5-ounce pours) and absolutely loved each of the beers, which isn't always the case at other places. Today being Father's Day, we were out and about in town and decided we would eat there. All the way there I kept bragging to my grandson how great this place is and it's our go to spot. yada yada yada. It wasn't very busy and we were seated very quickly. The service has always been pretty friendly. The service today was adequate and I'll get to that in a second. My grandson ordered the pork belly, Mac and cheese. I kept saying how that is a really good choice and he's really going to like it. My wife ordered the half rack ribs with fries and coleslaw. I had what I think is called the butchers platter with ribs, chicken wings, and pork belly. The food arrived and looked pretty darn good. But that's where it ends. My wife kept saying how salty the food was. And I got to thinking about that as I was eating my wings with the so-called Memphis dust flavoring on them. Those were equally salty so I thought wow OK maybe it's just our taste buds. Then I tried my ribs and they were also salty. I tried my wife's ribs just to see if they were that salty and come to find out they really were and dry. The fries that came with my wife's food tasted like they were old like they've been sitting out for a while. The coleslaw was also bland. After bragging about the pork belly and cheese, my grandson stated that it was pretty bland with very little flavor. So I tried it just to see what was going on and sure enough it was really lacking something what I don't know. I'm thinking garlic because it was pretty darn bland. I honestly hate to give a review like this because I really like this place as I said before it's been our go to spot. Now, as far as the service the server, she was very friendly, but that was pretty much it, after getting our food she didn't even check on us until it was about time for us to leave and she brought us our check. It's just kind of weird because there's a couple of servers here that are exceptional. So I don't know what's going on, but this was a very big letdown for a couple of regular customers. As usual, the place is clean and spacious with plenty of TVs to enjoy sports. In the end, the beverages were about the best part of the meal. It was Father's Day, so my beer was free so thank you for that maybe this was just a rough day. I don't know. There was a solid local vibe and constituency enjoying the beers here. The bartender was friendly, talked to us a bit about the beers and was quick to provide samples to help us make a selection. I chose the red ale and enjoyed the roasted malt flavor. At the end of the day, this is a microbrewery in a small town. The sweet flavors of the huckleberry was prominent and excellent as a hard cider. --------------------------- (Total= $16) After my husband paid, the employee helping got our drinks right away. Then we just sat in the corner inside to just enjoy and relax for a while. The place itself was pretty empty, although a small amount of traffic was coming in.
